Vern was so friendly and helpful! I called in a pinch while I was traveling through Lincoln, and he took care of my vehicle quickly so I could be on my way. The service was very reasonably priced, and he made the process so easy! I don't live in Lincoln, but if I did, I would be switching my car care to Acutely Auto Repair!

Vern actively listened to my concerns and was able to diagnose the problems very quickly. He kept me up to date on the repairs and the price was very affordable compared to other places. As a female it’s so hard to trust mechanics because they always take advantage of you. But not Vern I found Acutek over a year ago, Vern as saved me so much money and has always been true to his word. I refuse to go anywhere else to get my car fixed now. If he sees something wrong with your car he lets you know price and to see if you want him to fix it along with what you brought your car in for. He is so polite, friendly, and all around an amazing person! Thank you for taking care of my mom and I!!Services: Auto A/C replacement

There are no words to describe how much I appreciate Vern and enjoy taking my vehicles to Acutek. Vern is professional, polite, and just an all-around wonderful human being. No hidden fees, the work that gets done is top notch, and every time I go to pay a bill, I'm always amazed at how much less Vern charges than literally every other auto repair/mechanic shop I've visited. As long as I'm in Lincoln, Vern and Acutek will always be my go-to. 11/10 cannot recommend enough!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Best mechanic ever! Our car broke down in the middle of a road trip west to east and we were blessed enough to break down on the doorstep of Vern Acutek, polite, fast and affordable. He was very clear about what was broken and what wasn't and gave us options about how to fix depending on our budget. Kinda sad I'm not from the area and won't have someone so professional taking care of our car anymore.

Called them 5 times in 2 days thursday& friday ,left messages and never got a returned call, so im having my porsche towed to porsche of omaha , which was professional and returned my calls ! Snooze and you loose! About $3000ps. I have never talked to you on the phone!
