New customer and took my vehicle in due to it not starting. After a day or so my car was fixed and I haven’t had any problems since. Fast and efficient.

Took my car in 3 times to have them diagnose and fix my check engine problem. Now I have no a/c and the check engine light is back on. (Same check engine problem) If you own a Subaru take it somewhere else.

Called to see how much & how long it'd take to change 2 struts on an 06 Grand Prix... couldn't give an answer and never called back.
He actually sounded like it wasn't worth his time.
People recommended this place... I DO NOT!
Wilkinson's is a much better place!

After the change in ownership, Adam’s Auto is no longer the trustworthy shop it once was. I recently took my car in due to a check engine light. I was told I needed new catalytic converters and agreed to the repair. The car ran fine for a couple of days, but by day three, it began making a loud noise as if there was a hole in the exhaust system. The check engine light also came back on.
When I returned to the shop, I was told nothing was wrong and advised to take the car to the dealership to have the ECU reprogrammed. Unsatisfied, I took the vehicle to two independent muffler shops. Both confirmed there were two leaks in the exhaust system, including one in the area supposedly repaired by Adam’s Auto. I was also informed that one of the catalytic converters had been modified, and the welds on the two converters were clearly different—raising questions about the quality and consistency of the work.
What was even more concerning was that the owner contacted my stepdaughter place of employment (an auto parts store) to ask for my name—information that should have been available on the invoice. If the owner remembered my vehicle and claimed it was the only one they installed catalytic converters on, why the need to go through a third party?
This experience has been deeply disappointing, both in terms of the workmanship and the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this shop to others based on experience.

I've been using Adams Auto Service for years! I recently had my 2010 Ford F150 in to replace a fuel pump & fuel module. Worked great for 2 months and then fuel pump died. Faulty part. Adams replaced the faulty pump free of charge. They warranty their work and it's a pleasure doing business with them! THANK YOU!!!

Used to be the place I went and trusted for years. It has been a while since I have needed a repair. I did not realize ownership changed. I was flabbergasted at how rude they are now. Apparently the new owner allows that. I will not be returning here.

Needed a tire mounted on a rim. No one else wanted to touch it because it was a used tire. These guys had me taken care of in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend them for speed of service, reasonable cost, and friendliness.
