First time flying into the Lincoln airport and check in to get our rental was excellent. Fast,friendly, would definitely rent from Alamo in Lincoln again.

They gave away our reserved vehicle because our flight was delayed! We also had to wait 30 min while they cleaned the smaller vehicle they gave us.

This was the worst customer service I that I received. Jayden “the manager” was very rude and disrespectful. I had a reservation and they only had a mini van available. I spoke with customer service to exchange the vehicle and they said come in and I can change it. When I reached the office Jayden told me No! So now I wasted my time and lost time at work (because I was traveling for work). This was a huge inconvenience and no one seemed to care. I will NEVER rent from them again and I will let my company know to switch to another account for rentals..

Is there a negative star available...Suggest you avoid Alamo at all costs, if you need a rental car at the Lincoln, NE airport LNK. Upon arrival at the airport, they said they had no vehicle available, despite us having a reservation, confirmation #, etc. The agent/manager?, Sabrina, was about the worst customer service person I have ever come across...no apologies, no explanation that made any sense, no sympathy, no suggestions to make it right...expression on her face never changed, a complete screw-up. Not sure how you could hire a person like this to work with customers...complete idiot. Felt like I was living in that Seinfeld episode...so you know how to TAKE the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation.. Will never rent from Alamo or its other sister companies Enterprise and National, ever again. Will tell the 3,000 families in our subdivision's Facebook page too...Alamo does not care, and will not honor your reservation...has complete morons working for them. Thank goodness Avis made it right for us just next door at the airport, and got us a vehicle last minute, to get us to Omaha in time for the CWS...thank you Avis for saving the day...and their agents Evan and Keelan!!!!

Rented a full size car, got upgraded to a Cadillac. Wonderful customer service by Lateeka Thompson, Branch Manager. Was friendly, thorough, answered any questions. Took us out to the car to explain the features. Wow, just a great experience and a great car overall. Lateeka definiely made our day.

Avoid at all costs. The desk agent, Ryan, showed little concern or interest in the fact that our rental car had broken down. It was only after we humbled ourselves with repeated pleading that he made any effort to rectify the situation. Any responsible business would not employ Ryan. Finally, for those of you concerned about COVID, Ryan showed little interest in wearing a face mask. In sum: horrible service plus risk of Covid exposure = Go some where else. If I could give this agency a negative number I would.

The manager, Lateeka Thompson, is OUTSTANDING! She worked with us to rent a car that fit our needs for a weekend wedding the weekend of Sept.19th, saving us money in the process; she was kind, courteous, extremely competent and GOOD at her job, and our car was clean and ready to go as she said it would be. Her customer service skills were superb, and she was a true pleasure to work with!

The Alamo counter in Lincoln on 6-18-20 had no one posted. There was a number to call that reached a "Cory" who said he would be "right up." Ten minutes later, I called again to state that there was now a line at the counter, and "Cory" responded that he was "just finishing up a car" and would "be right there." Ten minutes later he was, unapologetic, and at first unable to locate my reservation because, presumably, the counter was also a National and Enterprise counter. Twenty+ minutes after I arrived at the counter I had a 2020 Camry with a non working cruise control.

Rented a car at the Lincoln Nebraska airport. The Alamo agent was outstanding! I wish I had gotten his name. We had originally reserve a van but my elderly friend was not able to get into the seat. The Alamo agent had conveniently brought the van to us so we wouldn't have to walk to the garage. Then he took it back and brought another car. He seemed very understanding when he could have easily been frustrated as we were his last client of the day. A big thank you to that outstanding young man!

I've rented two vehicles this month from Alamo. I was impressed! They upgraded me both times and their prices we're the reason I picked them in the first place. Customer for life!

I flew to Lincoln, Nebraska for my best friends wedding and needed to rent a car. My sister reserved the rent a car for me and added a car seat for my son. Once I arrived at the airport, I had a bad experience. I waited 2 hours for the lady working the night shift to locate a toddler car seat (that was previously requested). I flew from Florida to Nebraska and had to endure three connecting flights with a toddler on my lap. All I wanted to do once I arrived was to go to my hotel room. The lady on staff had to leave the main area and go to the back and look in her inventory for the car seat. It took her over two hours for her to return. The line continued to grow and I had over 10 people behind me while my son yelled and had a temper tantrum. I was a very stressful experience.
