Over all great prices. Once and a while a grumpy worker.

They never have the products listed in their ads, especially the veggie products. That and their food is always going bad or has already gone bad. Won't buy chicken here anymore after giving them chance after chance and the chicken has been either bad or a horrendous texture, like it's been thawed and refrozen several times. Fruits and veggies look fine, but once you get it home and start getting stuff out of the packaging and cutting it up, it has mold on it or is bruised/rotting. This has been a rampant issue at almost every Aldi in both Omaha and Lincoln, lincoln being worse.
Tonight was the last straw. I went in just to get a few items, only enough to warrant a small box that I could carry in my arms, as i forgot my quarter. Figured I'd grab a box, get my items, and get outta there. People in the past have allowed me to quickly get out of the way once I'm done checking out, pack up my things in the box or a bag so I can carry it out, and then return the cart to them directly at the counter. I would grab a cart from behind them and bring it right to them, so I dont stop the flow of people checking out while I'm bagging my stuff, but they normally tell me not to worry about it as long as I bring the cart back, which I always do! Now, this is not something I do every time I shop there, normally I would have a cart, but it happens from time to time. We have all gotten to Aldi and realized we forgot a quarter, but still needed the items we went there for in the first place.
Tonight I went in to get a few specific items, which you didn't even have, and ended up getting my hand hurt because the lady at check out wouldn't let me use the cart for what would've been LITERALLY less than 30 seconds. She grabbed the cart and slammed it back against the counter as I was pulling the cart away. My fingers were between the metal prongs of the cart and it hurt/cut my fingers. Didn't notice they were cut till I got in the car. I had grabbed my box and tried to quickly grab the other things of mine that were still in the cart, so I could carry them to the counter and get them situated in the box while she was chucking the other person's stuff into the same cart.
I understand the point in Aldi, but the prices are not much better than other places. Especially when you compare food quality and customer service. Probably going to go to Trader Joe's from now on.

Lady at the register is horrible. The one with the awkward hair style. She has no personality to be working the register. Throwing all the things onto the cart and was mad because I wasn't putting stuff onto the conveyor for her. Rude. Rude rude and when I gave her attitude back she rolled her eyes and me and said something under her breath.

Yes! You can find some other food brands at this store, sometimes at a reasonable price. But going here to get healthier and less contaminated food? Let's not fool ourselves! It is also sometimes too crowded and small.

I have asked three times about the pumpkin and butternut squash ravioli they get and no employees know. You can’t call the store or email to ask.

Aldi is such an amazing store. They provide low-cost groceries with good products. They have green, fresh fruit and veggies. Highly recommend Aldi's to anyone that wants to save money. Just bring a quarter.

Welcome to the Disney World of grocery checkout wait times. This location needs to seriously invest in self checkout if they’re going to refuse to staff the registers. It never fails; you will routinely walk in with a dozen people in line and only one register open. They then call for a temporary cashier to open a second register. The very moment the two lines shorten, the second cashier abruptly closes their lane only to result in a repeated backup 5 minutes later. It’s a 15 minute ordeal of waiting in line everytime you come in here, and it’s totally unnecessary. Why they even have 6 registers is comical—should’ve just had the one they bother to staff and 5 or 6 self checkouts so everyone’s shopping experiences would improve.

I enjoy Aldi. While not everything I want is there, it's hard to beat their prices.
Sure, I have to bring my own bag(s), but that's less of a waste, nice trade off.
It is a quality store and, if you catch it right, you can find a lot of interesting items, or stock up on basics.
Enjoy, but don't expect to find everything.
