My daughter went to the studio. Was convinced to get a membership. she then put her membership on pause and they still charged her $179. When she tried to dispute it, they claim she never put it on pause. It was a cluster instead of coming to an agreement. Their solution was give me half my money back and still lose the other half or get credit even though she wasn't happy with the Lashes and didn't want to continue at the salon. They were rude both the manager, and I never got a chance to speak to the owner. We had to dispute it with my credit card and had to go through a whole hassle.

DISAPPOINTING FIRST EXPERIENCE
Didn't really get quite what I wanted, and within 12 hours of leaving my appointment, at least 5 pieces of my extensions had fallen off (I didn’t get them wet, or even touch them once leaving my appointment). This was my very first time getting my lashes done and after my experience I don’t believe it was worth the $170 dollars I paid. On top of that, the website says that the appointment should only take 2 hours at most, but mine took 3 hours.

The girls at the salon are welcoming from the moment you enter to the moment you leave! Jazmin is an amazing lash artist along with the other girls there! I drive 1.5hrs to get my lashes done and won’t go anywhere else!

4:33 Oct 17. They called me to tell me their owner was at some kind of training and could not call me for "a couple of days, and she will call me when geys around to it"! I asked the name of the lash consultant who put those lashes on me, and she refused to give me her name. THIS PLACE IS SHADY AND DISHONEST!
OCTOBER 6TH 2024
Put heavy cluster lashes on my fine, brittle lashes without examining my natural lashes first! 3 hours after I got them, they were falling out! I called them and they blamed me! I went in the next day, they admitted that the tech put too heavy of lashes on me and tore out some of my natural lashes! THEY REMOVED THE LASHES THE GIRL PUT ON AND RUINED MY LOOK FOR THE SPECIAL OUT OF STATE TRIP I WAS TAKING! Told me I had to use serum to grow out my lashes before I could get another set. They offered a refund WITHOUT THE TIP OR EYELASH CLEANSER. I WAS ALSO OFFERED A FREE SET WHEN I GREW MY NATURAL LASHES OUT. I waited 7 days for the refund and had to end up calling my credit card company to place a dispute on the charge. I had to threaten them to give me my partial refund! THEY DID DAMAGE TO MY NATURAL LASHES, THEN EXPECT ME TO TIP HER AND PAY FOR FALSE EYELAS WASH I WILL NEVER USE?? I TOLD THEM I AM NEVER COMING BACK. MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO REACH OUT TO ME 2 DAYS AGO, SHE NEVER CALLED! I JUST CALLED THEM BACK & I WILL KEEP CALLING! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The Manager of the store refunded the foaming eyelash wash, and called me today, to check to see how the return went. She eas so polite and wanted to extend her apologies, and welcome me back for a full set when my lashes are stronger and healthier. I

Don’t go to this lash place. One fan per lash, not 3. They don’t cleanse or seal. And these last ones were glued to my skin. They are never consistent with keeping you with the same person. Worst lash place I have ever used. I have never had so many issues.
