American Eagle provides a great shopping experience with excellent customer service, where employees go above and beyond with care, pleasant attitudes, compassion, and empathy. The store offers favorite fashions, including hoodies and shorts, that come in many sizes. While it is an expensive store, shopping during a sale is recommended. The rewards program is also noted. Online shopping is fab, with the option to ship to the store to try items on. Customers report having a truly refreshing and best shopping experience, leading them to shop back.
Lilly Lowrey displayed excellent customer service and really went above and beyond helping me tonight!!! Truly the best shopping experience I've had at AE/many other stores due to her care and pleasant attitude. She definitely deserves a raise and/or recognition for being such a great employee!

They have nice jeans and they will let you price match to their online prices. Employees are really nice and helpful.
