Americom is professional and timely. We use Amerciom for security at the school I am the principal of. We had an issue during the school year in which part of our building flooded and water got into the security system shutting off all of our security measures to the school. Americom was in Omaha and at our school in an hour with everything needed to replace the entire system by the next school day. They are quick with requests and especially quick in an emergency situation to ensure that our school remained secure. All the techs that have been out to our location have been incredibly friendly and communicate superbly.

I have been using the Zultys VOIP system from Americom for nearly 5 years. The sales & service team as well as the installers are all great to work with. Always have an answer to questions in a reasonable time, and are willing to help.

I would not recommend this company for a phone system. Our business has had nothing but problems for over 3 years. No one knows how our system was installed (or why it was installed the way it was - and it was installed by Americom), thus no one knows how to fix anything when troubles arise. Things that should be simple such as changing the clock on the phone, or setting up voicemails are challenging, and even their service team doesn't know how to do it without a lot of trouble shooting, because of how our system was installed. I was given instructions today by someone from service at Americom to change the clock (when they were here on a service call), and when I asked if he tried it (because I found these same instructions on Google two days ago and they don't work), he said yes. When I asked him to show me how to do it (and that it works), he couldn't get it to work, and said he has to reach out to Toshiba for more information....obviously he didn't try the instructions, since he never got them to work.
