Terry M. was my salesman and what a wonderful experience. Honest, great communication, responsive, down to earth. The dealership was interesting and provided a unique experience. I didn't have to go through the grind of having to have high pressure sales and various people and offices. They seem to respect their salesman, empowering them to handle the entire transaction. Seriously, didn't have to go into an office for the paperwork, Terry handled everything from start to finish. This had a nice feel from other dealerships I've dealt with in my life. I usually dread the experience. This, so far, has exceeded my expectations. Love my new truck.

Jeff was FANTASTIC! He went above and beyond to find us the exact car we wanted and have it shipped in from out of state before and earlier than expected! The purchase process was incredibly smooth and the fastest purchase we’ve had. Our car was immaculate on delivery. 10/10 service, knowledge base, and customer service! We will be customers for life!

Brought my F-150 truck in for a replacement header due to a bad casting (that they did pay half of the cost of the repair). The header was replaced, and I noticed smoke coming from my exhaust the next time I started the engine. They replaced the header, but the issue remained. I was then told that I needed a new engine (the truck had 90,000 miles on it) and that nothing they did caused the issue of oil leaking into the engine (even though it didnt start until after they worked on it). When talking to the service manager about the issue, he said that it's a high mileage truck and it needs to be maintenanced properly. I have been taking it to the dealer for all of my oil changed and any service work that it needs without missing an appointment (I even told him that why pay extra to have it serviced here of this is what i can expect for service). The service manager started to then imply the truck had high miles and this was going to happen becaise of the engines age and mileage. Again even though I had no issues with the truck until they started with the original repair. It's sad to see a Ford dealer who doesn't stand behind their products.

Had a great experience with everyone here! I worked with Josh on getting my new car there and he was excellent to work with. Very personable and easy to work with! Ended up making my purchase with them and I couldn’t be happier, everyone that was involved in the process was knowledgeable and helpful when needed and I’d highly recommend hitting them up if you are in the market!

I only go to Anderson Ford for my vehicle maintenance. I have a Lincoln MKC that I purchased elsewhere and waste money and time shopping for fair mechanics that know my car. Andersons has always gone the extra mile keeping me informed and valued. They text me to check in on my car like my parents would have. Whether it's during the service process or after I get it home. They sincerely care. So I purchased a 2015 Cadillac SRX from Andersons and they did all work to find me financing. I love my cars

Andrew is a wonderful sales person. He kept me updated on the status of my Escape as the order was going in, being built and then delivery. He knew what he was doing when offering add-ons and taking care of all the details of the sale, paperwork and trade-in. He never tried to pressure us into anything, which was a pleasant change from previous car purchases. I highly recommend Andrew Martin and the supporting staff at Anderson Ford.

When I was 3 months pregnant my vehicle died in traffic, come to find out we needed a new engine (which is expensive in newer vehicles). Since I was stuck making payments I used an old junker car my mom had to get me around while I tried to pay off that loan. Now I’m at 7 months pregnant and my mom’s car has also died. I was completely freaked out and panicked not knowing what to do. Robb and the team at credit connection truly saved me in a time of great need. They let me test drive almost all of the cars they had and were very patient with my indecisiveness. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. Thank you so so much.

Great sales service. They worked with us all step of the way. Very great affordable prices finance if needed. They definitely give me the WOW! Experience especially when the sales Manager came out and congratulated us on our purchase. Great and fast process. Full detail car report for us to see what we were buying. I’m definitely coming back for our next purchase.

Brakes failed in traffic. I received a safety recall concerning the brakes of my vehicle in April and letting me know they wouldn't have the parts in until the third quarter of 2023. In mid July my brakes failed in the middle of traffic and I was able to make it safely to a gas station. When I called the dealership they said towing had not been approved for that safety recall as it wasn't a high priority concern, so I paid to tow it to the dealership. When I asked about rental vehicles so I can drive to my job in Omaha they said they were also not approved for the recall, and they didn't have any rentals available anyway. It took one week to get the parts in to replace the blown brake lines, luckily I was able to get a ride to and from work each day. Their response to the issue was "If you can get it here we can fix it".

Will never shop there again. We gave the North location 2 chances in the same day, big mistake...first experience we were told they had zero vehicles similar to what we were looking for so we left only to be passed by the type of vehicle we wanted with Anderson plates being driven to one of the other Anderson dealers, less than a block away. (It was also listed online as being at the North location). We spoke to the sales rep driving the vehicle, Kaelin, who was great and told us all the important information about the vehicle and had us test drive it. We loved the vehicle and were fully prepared to buy it, however, the sales manager told us there was zero wiggle room on the trade in value and we were basically shown the door. Absolutely no negotiating was had...not even an offer of free oil changes or something small to offset the trade in amount. Seems a little ridiculous for them to lose a sale over $2,000. Also, every sales person was literally standing at the front door so I would say business isn't really booming for them right now...The 1 star is because Kaelin did an outstanding job and we know it was not his fault, otherwise it would be zero stars.
