“We love the trees that have been planted throughout the property. I urge you to provide for their care to protect your investment. Specifically, you'll want to remove the volunteer mulberry trees growing within the spruces, and treat the cedars being attacked by bag worms. And prune all of the trees as needed on a regular basis. And continue to mulch.”

“I lived at Sunridge Apartments for 3 years prior to purchasing a home. I moved back into Sunridge Apartments six years later, after selling my home. I have been here for an additional 3 years, and counting.
The apartments are spacious, with a few different floorplans. They are a great value for the size. Garage spaces are also available, though there can be a waiting list. Units have washer/dryer hookups so you can connect your own waher/dryer in your apartment. Coin operated washers and dryers are also available in each building. The property (building's and premises) is well maintained. I have only had to request maintenance a couple of times, and each time, the repairs were completed very promptly.
I'm happy here and have no intention of moving until I purchase another home.

“The Apartments here are a bit over 500 and some Square feet, which is Perfect for one person. I Absolutely ADORE our new manager here. Her name is Amie. She is about THEEE BEST Manager we have EVER had. I pray to GOD that she Stays. She is kind, caring, and Very Professional. Since she has been here, she has NEVER been Rude to me, and we get along GREAT!!! She makes living here an Absolute JOY, and my Parents and I have the Utmost Respect for her, and just Love her to Death.

“8N is a good place to live as a college student. It’s close to campus and the shuttles to and from campus are great when it’s cold outside. The management there is very helpful and solve problems quickly. Maintenance is also quick to fix problems in your room.”
“I am not a tenant and do not rent from this complex, but I HAVE to give a shoutout to Zander! While we were looking to get out of a mice infested apartment in east Lincoln, he was so helpful in giving us options with transparent pricing and information. We had seen so many properties by this point that we were losing hope. Zander reaffirmed that we will find that "right fit" for us.
He was kind, relatable, and informed; everything that a good landlord/property manager should strive to be! The only reason we didn't go with Southwood was because one of our other top picks from early on in searching had become available unexpectedly. Thank you, Zander!!!”

“Our experience with Century has been fantastic! Bailey was very helpful during the application process, and the entire front office staff was prompt and courteous with all inquiries. Once we moved into our townhouse, Charles completed a lengthy list of repairs and updates including the replacement of our oven/range and adding grab bars for the master shower. He really is an MVP! He arrived early, was very knowledge, had a wonderful attitude, and completed tasks in a relatively short amount of time. “Thomasbrook has been a staple well kept apartment community in mid/east Lincoln for many years now. The grounds have always been very well maintained and over the years watching the community, I have seen improvements to the apartment building exteriors, resurfacing of the tennis/basketball court, the addition of a spacious, lovely dog park and the rebuilding of the building that burned down when a lady fell asleep with a cigarette and burned the building to the ground. Thomasbrook has maintained a very good reputation in the community for offering spacious, clean, well kept apartments with great maintenance at affordable prices. I have been in a number of the units over the years, either to visit friends or clients and the interior hallways are always clean and well kept and the units themselves are very nice. I noticed that each person I have gone to visit has new flooring, great cabinetry, and lovely paint. I would highly recommend Thomasbrook for someone wanting to live in the heart of Lincoln, in a reputable, well maintained, spacious, clean apartment where you can enjoy your pet, as well as an amazing tennis and basketball court, gym and pool.”
