“I really enjoyed my apartment at The Flats at Shadow Creek. I had a 13 month lease and stayed on the 4th floor of my building. I experienced great flexibility from the staff if anything came up and all but once maintenence came within 24hrs. or less when I had any identifiable issues within my apartment. Otherwise, the staff is really good about not bothering you if it's not necessary. The amenities are great! And in general it was just an easy place to live even when you're busy. Also, there is a gas station right across the street. Super convenient and nice at all times but especially grear in the winter. If I wasn't in school full time and trying to save money I definitely would have stayed.”

“Ascend Apartments have spoiled me. W/D in the unit, balcony, beautiful common areas, as well as garage parking included with rent. The staff is the most helpful and friendliest you could want in a management company. The only drawback for me is the rent hikes; I will truly miss living here.”

Lori has been a delight every step of the way and has always been ready to help whenever we need it. “As the daughter of one of their contractors, I've known of Chateau since I was a little kid! I have nothing but good memories of their team members and campuses over the years.Now, as a tenant, I can confidently say that Chateau has provided my best rental experience to date! The leasing team is extremely polite, friendly and addresses all concerns/issues promptly! Maintenance has also been wonderful at fixing things in a super timely manner. I had one issue that was completely fixed within just a few hours of discussing it with the office staff!! Of course, if something happens over the weekend or after hours, you may have to wait a little while, but that's the same everywhere... The staff deserve time off and have a life outside of work too!The buildings/units themselves are a bit older at the Vine Street campus, but that is to be expected considering the area, and I like their charm! The grounds are well taken care of with large/mature trees and plenty of open grassy areas. As a dog owner, being close to Mopac Trail and Bethany Park is also a huge plus! Another part of Chateau's appeal is their very low deposit and monthly fee for pets.If you're looking for something more state of the art with high end finishes, check out their new campus on Yankee Hill!! Their Holmes Lake campus is also great!Regardless of the location you choose, you can't go wrong with Chateau! They are locally owned and managed, and take extreme pride in their business. 10/10 recommend! Come be my neighbor :)”

“Maintenance here is top-tier. I submitted a ticket at 4:40PM on a Friday evening for my heater not blowing hot air, and by 5:10PM, they had it up and running again!”

“The Willows were a great place for my husband and I to get things together when we had to move out suddenly. They were very clear with expectations from the start. Emily did a great job making sure we were communicated with in the best way possible and when it came time to move out they made the transition easy and allowed us to move on to the next chapter in our life.”

“Living here has been great. If I weren't graduating this year, I'd certaintly renew my lease. The location is perfect, right in the Haymarket. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Common areas are clean, and apartments are modern and sophisticated.”

“I moved in back in July and honestly I love my apartment. I love the size and the beautiful view I have from my living room.Yes I have had some stuff come up but maintenance has always came and fixed it pretty quickly.I have had some problems with the neighbors upstairs but Ashleigh at the office has been wonderful with helping me.I took over my friends lease and she lived here for 4 years and she was sad to leave.The pool was awesome this summer and they keep the property clean.I really enjoy that I am maybe 5 minutes from the grocery store.”

“We have lived here for almost two years. I give it a high rating because I've seen a significant improvement with the maintenance techs and the office staff is great. I do feel that the apartments are way overpriced because of how dated they are, however they seem to be making improvements and are quick to help... hopefully updates will be made in the apartments that need them. If that happens, this would be a perfect place to live, great area.”

“I have almost been here for like 8 months. I set up the lease and viewings mostly over the phone or email with Jenna S. They let me see apt at request when I met with an employee in the office to go over the lease. They let me fill out a list of potential issues with apt like the dirty, broken, or damaged things. Not everything was perfect but I had the chance to record that. Not long after being here my fridge went out and Terrance and another guy with maintainance checked it out and tried to fix it. When the fix didn't work they ended up getting me a different fridge. They seem like hard working maintainance guys who did all they could to solve the issue quickly and I know they can't just hit up an appliance warehouse for me and swoop up a shiny new unit. The management has never been rude to me and listen to my complaints. Feels like a good community. We like being by Holmes Lake, the fact that they have grills around the property is nice being that it's not ok to have a grill on the balcony but not a lot of places provide that. I did not she'll out for the updated unit with hard floors and stainless steel appliances from what I understood but it seems like they have kept up the older unit quite nicely. I might just think so because I used to rent at 21st and G st and this is amazing compared to anything over there. The pool got cleaned in the summer, the gym area is decent and clean, and the sauna, although dark, worked great. Washer and dryer in building work, overall I have very little to complain about. My son is 6 and he says he never wants to move from here, makes me super glad we were able to make the decision to live here.”
