Fairways at Lincoln is a resort-style, pet-friendly apartment community located north of Downtown Lincoln. It offers 1-2 bedroom apartments with full-size washers and dryers and stunning views. Residents love the apartment quality for the price and find the management awesome and understanding, with maintenance staff that is quick, super friendly, and fixes things immediately. Many feel it is like a family and would recommend it. Some reviews note occasional delays with repairs but confirm the team works with residents. A concern mentioned is about some residents not leashing their dogs. The location provides easy access to city attractions.
It was fantastic. I’m not good with names but the young lady showed me everything and explained in detail. Love the golf course! Wish you had a pool. 😊 the apts were lovely and good size. Can’t wait to move in.
