HORRIBLE!! Host told me to cancel my online order AFTER waiting 20 minutes. Unbelievable in my opinion. UNHELPFUL STAFF. Asked for manager and magically no manager is there. Would NEVER recommend. Just horrible service. Not to mention host wouldn’t stop talking to other tables while there were people lining up at host stand. Awfully disrespectful.

The was Food terrible and felt went downhill. Service was good but all the food was way over cooked. I’ll wait a good minute before returning for another meal.

Went in on Valentine's Day. Horrible experience. Computer systems down, not many people in, waited for my salad as an appetizer for OVER an hour!! A SALAD!! Ordered a tall beer, salad, and whiskey burger and my bill was hand written and totaled over $50!! What in the WORLD???

Our experience was unpleasant to say the least.Nasty and dirty.. From sticky floors to dirty dishes.. to watered down vodka..It was a slower time of day so there is no excuse! Just unacceptable in my opinion for this establishment.

Don't work for these people. I quit in December and im STILL waiting for my credit card tips. Which is $435.50. It's been two months and the department of labor is involved and I'm still not seeing anything and Tyson doesn't want to make things right. So are yall gonna make this right and get me my money? Or do I have to keep harrassing you all? I WANT MY MONEY THAT IM OWED!!!!

Went there at 7:30 had a sign on the door they were closing at 9. Walked in told the lady it was only two of us she was not very friendly and said okay well I don’t know how long it’s going to be. I looked around nobody else was waiting and tables open everywhere. We stood there for 10 min and I heard her talking to her manager and then all of a sudden she tells us it’s going to be 15 min because the computers are down.

Their computer systems were down, so everything was super slow, and we got dirty appetizer plates, the waitress was trying but. Not sure there was much she could do. :(

Was famished and super excited to have lunch here. 12:02 pm on a Thursday. Lights on inside. Go to the door and there's a note on it that says they'll open at 3:30 pm thanks for understanding. No, I don't understand. Your website says you're open. It's normal business hours. Google says you're open. And it's all a LIE. So, if you want to eat here, you'd better call ahead because apparently business hours mean nothing to these folks.

This location looks and feels like it did post-covid where staffing issues would have been explained away bc of covid. It would appear that ownership and management are very far removed from each other. After a poor experience about a year ago we gave it another try last weekend and it's gotten worse. After observing staff for an hour it had the feel of an episode of Restaurant Impossible. I have a hunch most of the staff are doing the best they know how but that does not mean you have to endure that experience when there are better restaurant choices out there. This location has the luxury of visibility, parking, national ad campaigns and being established for years and appear to not even be able to staff the place adequately. That's a management problem.

We had a terrible experience. I originally called for a reservation for Friday night and was told we met the criteria for a reservation which is not typically accepted, but when I called day of to let them know the number of our party was changing I was told there was no reservation. Not a huge deal, we arrived early to secure a table...25 minute wait we were told. Then 45 minute wait, everyone else waiting left and after an hour had passed (I know, how stupid to wait that long), a couple walked in and what appeared to be the manager was going to seat them immediately. The hostess and I both spoke up stating that we have been waiting an hour. His response to the situation was to cuss, grab menus, walk us towards a dirty table where he threw the menus down. We finally left at that point. Inexcusable behavior! The floor in that section was sticky, just disgusting. We were also told with carside pick up, the kitchen was backed up. Poor prioritization. Just stay far away from this place.

The restaurant needs some TLC. Cleaning and fix worn or broken items. This place is a staple and I hope it will remain.The staff is friendly.
