“My phone’s battery started to die quickly the last couple days. I work on my phone and so it’s a must for it to be working well. I went to a competitor’s shop who quoted me $380 to replace the battery and clean out the charging port and I would have to leave my phone there overnight. Instead, when I called Batteries Plus and spoke with Adam I was told he could fix it for about $80 + tax and it would take him an hour. I drove over immediately. Adam was friendly and to the point. I dropped off my phone and an hour later I came back to a phone with a battery that works and paid $85. I am definitely a happy, satisfied customer. Any other battery issues I might have (fingers crossed that I won’t!) I will definitely pay a visit to Batteries Plus first! Great service! Thank you, Adam.”
“I was blown away by the customer service at this location I experienced the other night . I came in with my truck dying and on its last legs and the employees , primarily Ahmed, helped me identify the problem and came out and replaced the alternator after the store was closed . I couldn't believe the generosity they exhibited , they saved me so much time and money . Thank you guys !”
“Son somehow managed to get a windshield wiper twisted on his car. Staff installed new wiper blade and sent him on his way. Was really appreciative, son is still learning car maintenance, it was later in the evening and snow/ice predicted next day. I would have had to drive an hour to fix the problem and I'm thankful for the help.”

Dein the customer service rep was kind and patient .He took the time to find the parts ,answer all my questions , looked up my phone number to give me the military discount and also helped carrying my heavy rotors to my car , I had a hand surgery not long ago and he saved the day by carrying that .
