Great customer service. I recently took my kids for a ride and one of the bikes did not dock properly. Customer service was very prompt in replying and making sure I didn’t get charged for an extra 6 hours. Bikes are convenient and very easy to use. Highly recommend.

User interface needs some work but otherwise they are great bikes and will take you through most of downtown for an affordable price.
