Updating my review. Company is still awful. After multiple messages left with no response, finally getting ahold of someone, and being told I’d be called back, a week later here we are. Binary is the internet provider for TB Rentals apartment. TB Rentals refuses to allow other providers to survey the building. The internet Binary provides is archaic. It doesn’t load text documents. Binary. You are the lone reason I will not be renewing my lease.

We started with this company with excellent, one-on-one service; was sold to Earthlink's service; came back when we could and only left again when our computer tech started his own service. When he sold it we naturally came back to Binary Net. Conversions both in and out were always very smooth and professional. And whenever we have the slightest problem they are very helpful, patient, and friendly.

Horrible service, wireless internet is awful. Expect slow speeds and to get kicked off frequently. Also customer service is absolutely reprehensible. Thouroughly one of the most dreadful companies I have every had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
