We switched to Boost Mobile from Verizon. We had the most difficult time with the switch. It got to the point where we were contemplating returning to Verizon. My husband's phone completely shut down. Mine still worked it was a mess. Then, my husband required emergency open heart triple bypass surgery. Afterwards, we stopped into a Boost Mobile store on the way home. We met Boyd Serr. He was AMAZING. He not only went above and beyond, but he also got our phones working. We were so grateful for his service and dedication to our plight. We are Boost Mobile customers forever because of him. You hang onto that guy, he's a true gem. My mother was having issues with her phone and tried to go in to get help but their doors weren’t even open. Their store says 9am online it says 10am she tried going at 10:30am and their doors were locked. How are customers supposed to get the help they need when they’re not opening at the time you’re supposed to.

Kendall and Gabby went above and beyond for customer service! They spent 45 minutes working to get my phone fixed. They both had the patience of a saint. We thought it was fixed. Unfortunately my phone still wouldn't make calls. So I headed back to the store. Kendall so kindly helped me purchase a new phone. She also took the time to help me transfer my data from my old phone to the new one. I really appreciate these amazing ladies!

This is a good place and affordable plan + phone for a college student. I highly suggested aticking to their line of phone in store if you want compatible plan with said phones! Best wishes to the staff here that were helpful!
