This is a good place and affordable plan + phone for a college student. I highly suggested aticking to their line of phone in store if you want compatible plan with said phones! Best wishes to the staff here that were helpful!

We had all lines on one bill I pay for four phones through boost they separated all and can't put them together. We as a family would have to change numbers we have had for close to ten years for you to them put on same plan again. Which also glitches out and don't work in some areas! Highly not recommended as customer for close to ten years! Might need new phones and new numbers. Who knows with them really can't get there stuff together!

Went on Sunday at 5 all the lights were on and the open sign was on. There was a note on the door that said will be back at 7pm. They close at 7pm. !!

Legit the WORST customer service. Boost has cheap plans, but a majority of their staff and stores are ghetto. They are NEVER on time to open. They are RUDE. The service is hit or miss. It used to be great, but since I switched phones this year, my phone will BARELY call out. I sat outside the store for 30 mins today waiting for them to open, and ended up leaving cause I myself ended up being late for work.

My service doesn't work in most rooms of my house here in lincoln and every time I come to the store between 5 & 6 an hour before closing expecting them to be open the only worker is on lunch and me and my 2 kids are waiting outside in the heat for 20 mins so as to not waste the only gas I have. That is irritating. It's been explained to me they HAVE to take their breaks. Which I understand and it's not on the worker it's on whoever's manages and makes the rules/schedule. I hope you figure something out because it's annoying to come here during business hours and have to sit outside for an extended period with my kids. I'll probably be switching back to straight talk.

They do not honor their promotions that has been sent to your email. Also this location always have doors locked when the sign states they are open.

That staff is extremely nice. Yet, the Samsung phone I purchase in store turned out to have absolutely horrible sound quality. I brought the phone back within an hour and they wouldn't replace it. Most likely, I will not do business with Boost again because of this. Lesson learned. They just called me back and told me to bring the phone back in. Now, that is good customer service. I stand corrected. Eric the regional manager and his staff have shown to care a great deal about customer service. I returned the phone and replaced it with a Coolpad phone. The Coolpad cost between $100-$200. The Coolpad is extremely affordable and it is a fantastic phone with excellent graphics and sound quality. Also, if you like Iphones, for new customers, Boost currently has a special going on an Iphone7 for only $30. Yep, Boost proved me wrong. Thank you, Eric.
