Avoid renting from this location, they canceled on us three days before we were supposed to pick up the truck. I attempted four times to contact someone at this location, it kept sending me to the national customer service, which were not helpful at all. I did call a Omaha location, they were extremely helpful, and they changed the reservation to Omaha.

This place is awful and the works is not patient. I have rent a 4Runner for a week, when I rent urn back it charges for 250 for the cleaning fee, I think this is unfair, never ever choose this damn place to rent the car, let the works get fired!

I had multiple airline challenges on my recent visit to Lincoln including a late cancellation that forced me to land in Omaha. I had to switch my reservation 3x and this office was awesome in helping me resolve my issue quickly including transferring my reservation to the Omaha airport location. David waived my change and Bonnie was off the charts helpful and was the calm in the midst of the airline storms. Highly recommend!!

This place is miserable. Trucks are garbage, customer service is terrible. It took me 2 weeks to obtain a receipt for the truck I used for one full day. Do yourself a favor a rent from a reputable company. Awful.

I reserved an SUV for the three of us to travel to Alliance from Lincoln. The only two SUV's available for me to rent was a Jeep Wrangler or a Toyota 4-Runner 4X4. Not exactly what I was looking for. Forget the Jeep. To get the 4-Runner, I had to pay $15 more each day. It kills me, not another SUV on the lot to choose from. The Toyota got 17 MPG. That pissed me off, a 450 mile trip at 17 MPG? Horrible. The dude behind the desk was a piece of work too. Horrible attitude. He got pissed off when I said I didn't need to purchase their insurance. Why the attitude? I came in a happy customer and left with the thought I'll never rent a car again from Budget. It felt like I was at a U-Haul rental office. The word Budget says it all.

Do not rent. My mom and boyfriend both rented a car from here. Are now being charged 250 for air freshener not even smoke of any kind. Then when we looked at the bank they over charged 196$ on top of cleaning and rental. She called and spoke to someone directly in the office that kept saying well I dont know what to tell u I'm looking at your receipt and that's all I know. If you dont know anything why on earth are you answering the phone? Now there is more then one bank fee for the account being so negative for their f*** up.

My dad forgot his tablet in the truck when we dropped it off. No one ever contacted us to let us know and I've tried to call every day for a week to try to ask someone about it and I have yet to get through to an actual person that works at that location. Not very helpful to say the least.

THEY AREN'T CONNECTED TO NATIONAL BUDGET RENTALS. I would give ZERO stars if I could. We booked the biggest minivan, for 7 people and cargo, in February. We arrive in June and, "oh sorry, we got a lot of requests because the College World Series is going on". They gave us a Ford Explorer and did not offer any discount, although they rented our vehicle to someone else for a premium, and the Explorer is about $150 less for a rental. They still attempted to charge the full amount.

I would never use this company again. Budget destroyed our trip. I made the reservation for a Chrysler Pacifica mini van 4 months before our family trip. Budget called me to confirm the reservation for the Pacifica the day before our trip, they said all was ready. The next day we went to get our reserved mini van, the one budget confirmed the day before, and Budget told us they only had a Ford explorer for us when we showed up. We had reservations for lodging and we were put in a terrible situation, we barely fit, had to pay to ship items, they said it was the only car they had available, no possibility to get a car like we reserved. Definitely bait and switch by Budget. Never again, be warned, plenty of other companies to choose from, this one was very dishonest with our reservation, and it put us in a terrible situation.

I reserved a truck and a dolly over a month ago... Called a week ago to make sure my truck was available still... Got a confirmation email yesterday confirming again i had a truck then TODAY less than 24 hours before i am to pick up my truck they call to tell me they have no trucks and my reservation is cancelled... WHAT??? who does business like this? How are you as a company even still open doing this to people??? Im contacting bbb

We received a 25% off email, which made the rent really good but what good is it if you can't rent a car trailer to haul your 1972 Jeep just because they don't have it listed? The jeep is smaller than most cars they had listed... why do they have a certain list of cars in the first place??? the other rental places don't! We are going to pay a large amount to rent a truck and trailer from the other rental place because of this.... THANKS A LOT BUDGET! Customer service people weren't very helpful either ....
