Large place and enough for half of Lincoln vehicles :)). Quick processing but be aware some services are cash only. Make sure you have enough papers to get through smoothly.

The lady at the desk was rude. I was there on my lunch break from work and she allowed people to go in front of me after I already waited an hour for the person I brought to get belongings out of their car. She said I know you've been waiting but it will only take them 2 minutes. It did not

This is definitely not a place you want to end up because you've been in an accident or been towed by the city. Overall, I rate the overall service of the tow truck driver and the no-nonsense ladies that work behind the bulletproof glass at the tow yard. I'm sure most people that come there are not happy campers.
