“This is the 3rd or 4th time we have rented with Rentavan and we’ve always had a top tier experience with them. We like using their vans to transport our musical equipment whenever we’ve had an event that required more setup than usual, and they have always met our needs. The staff is always kind, knowledgeable, professional, and they have always had our van ready and modified to accommodate our requests. Reserving a van is incredibly simple online or over the phone and pricing seems very fair for what they have to offer! There inventory seems to be some of the newest vehicles available, and it seems that they take care and maintain all of their vehicles so that they are road ready for any amount of distance you need to travel. They also have multiple options for hauling equipment such as trucks and trailers.
We will very likely continue to use their service in the future!”
“After seeing a deal online I went to your Lincoln branch on Husker Circle. They wouldn't honour it and I was stuck renting at twice the rate for the day, as I had a friend travel 30 minutes out of our way in order to get the better deal. I returned it the following day and got a nicer car at a better price from one of your competitors just down the road on 0 street. The young man on O st did make an adjustment on my bill when I complained, but it was still more than double of your competitor. He was very nice, the main reason I am giving you a 4 rather than a 2 rating. I doubt I will ever use your firm again.”
“I had a bad experience with Avis Car Rental at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport but here the Avis at Lincoln Airport was great. When I stopped by the Avis customer counter, the representative was so friendly. We chatted a little bit while processing my rental car registration by the representative who is also very good communicator that makes me happy.
Also, the rental car was so clean both inside/outside and I could not imagine my rental car was hybrid one which costed less gas fee.
Easy to access and the customer friendly. Avis Car Rental is definitely 5 stars.”
“Rented a car for a family roadtrip, and this Enterprise location made the process so easy. Pickup took less than 15 minute, and I was able to do an after-hours drop off by depositing the key in the designated spot outside. The staff was personable, helpful, and the whole process was quick and easy. We will likely use this location for car rentals in the future!”

“5 Star for Komi and this Avis Location in Lincoln for helping us out in a tough situation, but a 1 Star for the corporate Avis Team, as they were a pain to deal with.
Our rental car had a flat tire on Sunday morning. We spent over an hour trying to get roadside service out to our vehicle, two hours by the time he arrrived, we were in a serious time crunch and Komi and his boss were able to get us back on the road with another vehicle. Thankfully this location on O Street took care of us!”

“Rented a full size car, got upgraded to a Cadillac. Wonderful customer service by Lateeka Thompson, Branch Manager. Was friendly, thorough, answered any questions. Took us out to the car to explain the features. Wow, just a great experience and a great car overall. Lateeka definiely made our day.”
“The pickup and drop lasted minutes. Very happy to be on our way quickly. I'd like to call out the exceptional staff members that noticed I had kept the key fob. The man that called me was very understanding. He sent a person to TSA where I handed it off. Both men were polite and wished me safe travels home. The man that checked in my car was very pleasant, asked how my trip went, and checked us off quickly. I cant say I've ever had a more pleasant experience with a car rental. Thank you!”

“Ben Kositzke was working the counter both times i came (Pick up, Drop off): Pick up was a breeze i was in and out within minutes! Drop off Ben really listened to me when i had a issue arise with the vehicle i had and how i had to jump threw so many hoops to get into another vehicle 6 hours away from home. It was my first time renting from Enterprise and I would definitely rent from this location again just because of the great service i had from Ben.”
