“We’re on a roadtrip to NE Nebraska and had gotten a rental in KC that didnt match what we needed, it had dents and dings, bald tires and smelled heavily of smoke. We stopped at this Avis along the way in hopes to replace our rental with something that worked better for us and they were able to help us out! It was quick and easy and we ended up in a Jeep Compass, it’s been great compared to our first rental. Thanks for the great service!”

“Great check-in experience, the car I ordered was there and the gas mileage was absolutely incredible compared to what I am used to and other than a couple glitches with the e-brake light turning on while I was driving everything went smooth. The check-in process went well and the woman asked me if there was any issues with the car, I let her know and I feel like they were going to promptly address the situation so that made me feel really good that they took caution and we're going to address that as it really caused me a lot of problems while I was driving through Lawrence Kansas”

I had to switch my reservation 3x and this office was awesome in helping me resolve my issue quickly including transferring my reservation to the Omaha airport location.
