I went in to the store today with my 3 small children and my mother. We had Kohl's carts with us because we had just been to Kohl's and asked them if we could borrow the cart to contain my toddler and 6 month old. The lady who was working informed us that we can't have those carts in the Carter's store. We asked if they have carts to hold kids and she said they didn't. What the heck is that about? Read the situation! Needless to say we left without buying anything

Nice spacious self-service store.A large assortment of toys. Excellent soft toys of the Aurora factory.Children's clothing, shoes. The price of clothes is average. You can buy good clothes at an attractive price.

Staff is always so sweet and friendly, helpful but not pushy on the sales floor. One of the few places I have felt really comfortable going inside in person to take my time to look around and shop.

My wife and I used to shop here but today that changes. If I could give them 0 I would. The staff there is very unprofessional and disrespectful. The cashier lady asked my wife if she liked to apply for their card like normal but when my wife walked away and heard one of the cashier ladies talking saying "she probably can't afford it" before even done checking out. When she gave them my debit card, they looked at my info and demanded her to show ID. They gave my wife attitude, didn't greet with a smile and didn't say anything when my wife left the store. The management failed to properly train or hire the staff and even didnt give the discount on the clothes that are on sale today.

Did not have a lot of newborn summer clothes and the sales people did not offer to help me but were offering there help to everyone else that walked in.
