Came in to buy drinks and food. Card initially declined. Rectified the issue and was refused service by Prince (if that’s even his real name) being told quote “get the hell outta my store”. Refused service for a declined card that was resolved within 30 seconds. Great customer service! (Sarcasm)
If you hate your job to the point you start disrespecting your clientele, find a different career.

I would give zero stars if I could. 90% of the staff is rude and disrespectful it also takes a bout 5 minutes ( or longer) of waiting at the counter for service. I called to order pizza and was told they “don’t take orders for food” when I had stopped in about two hours prior to my event ( aka why I was calling to order) to get a drink and watched 4 people walk out with pizza boxes. I’ve been to a lot of Casey’s this is by far the worst.

tired of waiting in long lines because the checkout process is so slow. If anyone has rewards it takes another minute just to do that. I don't even type in my rewards anymore. Also, Seems like every store has a 'chip reader that's down'. If I'm in a hurry to get something, which is about half the people that go to a convenience store, I cringe when I have to go into a Casey's. Please fix the checkout process!!

Excellent service! Every employee deserves a raise. Great pizza and very convenient. Extremely walkable and close to campus. It’s clean and new.
