Employees should never be allowed to monitor purchases & shame you for what you buy. 2 employees today found it relevant to mention to me that I had bought the same thing I did 2 weeks ago. Not their business, they have no idea who I was purchasing the item for. One of them was the manager & the other a cashier/stocker. Totally unprofessional so I will not be visiting the Casey’s @ 70th & Adam’s again. I thought you were in the customer service business??? Doesn’t matter what a patron purchases, you sell it….that puts $ in the employees pocket. Job security. Do better Casey’s!

Unclear if this place has new recent ownership. First, they started charging for air recently, which made this place nice to go to for gas, and top of the tires.
Now they stopped accepting Hy-Vee fuel saver, so it looks like it's all about profits, and not about helping customers.

Katy/Katie is amazing!! She went out of her way to make the cheese pizza early for me just so I didn’t have to wait on it! She’s absolutely great!!!

Same as some of the other reviews on here. I ordered online and it said it would be ready at 617 I get here at 617 and the 2 employees behind the counter don't even ask if I need anything. Mind you there was no one else in the store,then I just ask the guy making pizza if he had my order and he proceeded to explain that he got left my order and it hasn't even started yet he was doing it now. So I then had to wait for the pizza to get made the entire time. ? This is the closest caseys to me and I now will also be going out of my way probably no longer even ordering caseys pizza. I don't normally leave reviews but this has happened multiple times now at this location and it never gets better. Maybe treat employees better and pay better and it wouldn't be so bad.

this establishment mistreats and manipulates there employees. allows kitchen staff to go on multiple extended breaks, while orders are set to be made. chooses to mistreat other workers because they aren’t like everyone else. yall need to get a hold of your employees this is childish behavior.

Casey's undoubtedly has the best coffee of any convenience store. Their hot/cold food is very good and their pizza and donuts are a must!

This place never has enough people working always one little old lady slaving doing her best the line was 20 people long this morning just like every single day I go there and it tends to get very frustrating when it's supposed to be a convenient store but it's not very convenient when you're spending 10 to 15 minutes in line yall need to figure it out it's very frustrating.
