I LOVE going to Casey and really enjoy the pizza I normally get however, tonight my dinner was not prepared properly and it was not even made when I arrived to pick it up, the cashiers were very nice and professional, however the young lady in the kitchen was very unprofessional she had music playing way to loud so much that as soon as I walked through the door I could hear it as if I was listening to it on my phone. Then one of her fellow employees came in and started talking to her distracting her from her job as she was cooking.

Why is it everytime I come in cashiers are on there phone and the cooler is not stocked. I think I will drive a few blocks to super saver or kwik shop for now on. If you are in customer service the customer is first. I guess casey don't do that anymore because if I would have done that 11yrs ago when I worked for this company I would of been fired on the spot.....your employees should not have phones out when they have customers. I'm done with casey I won't be back.

Be aware that their pricing only applies to rewards members. Before I joined rewards it always felt like it cost $3 more than it should have in my head.
Pizza and donuts are good though.

Oh my God the smell in this place would gag a maggot. The health department needs a call. Totally unsafe sewer smell I left as fast as I could my girlfriend almost got sick. I will remove this post as soon as I see proof from a plumber or the health department saying this place is safe. I'm assuming that have a bad pipe or a dry floor drain. ? I totally feel sorry for the poor girl working there. They sent me a reply but to talk to them is way to hard. They want way to much personal information. I'm not willing to submit my personal phone number to anyone. I called their number impossible to talk to anyone. As far as I'm concerned I've done my due diligence. I warned people to stay away because of sewer gas. My hands are clean. Again they are impossible to contact or talk to.

I placed an order today and my account was changed but I did not receive any tracking information or anything. I've called the Casey's on Adams street in Lincoln Nebraska several time's and I've been ignored everytime.

If you do door dash or any other delivery service avoid Casey's at all cost! Just sat at Casey's for over 45 mins waiting for 1 pizza! I made $7.50 that whole hour when I can normally make $20 to $25 an hour! I will never accept another Casey's order ever again! I wasn't even able to break even for that hour or the next. NEVER AGAIN!

So I just called and the number online apparently directs u to the kitchen and I needed to ask a specific question would not give me the number to the front or tell someone she said oh well I'm gonna need to come in well I ain't wasting gas to see if u have a product unless she's planning on paying for my gas
