One of the worst, most disgusting gas stations in Lincoln. Always huge lines, the windshield fluid smells like a dead body and has rotting food in the reservoirs, there are no functional adults who work there, etc., etc.

16 hours into my 24. Went to the gas station and walked into a fully lit Casey’s with people in it. Doors were not locked. Grabbed a drink and was rudely told by kitchen staff they were not open. I pointed out the doors were unlocked and placed was fully lit and was informed “they left”.

Britton the Kitchen manager sent us a Mexican pizza that had no Mexican toppings at all. We received a pizza crust with barely any marinara sauce. She wouldn’t even help us to get the order right. Reviews will definitely be written tonight. Not GOOD!!!

I go here once every month or so, they absolutely obliterated my pizza, half the employees were on the side of the building doing whatever, the dude who handled my pizza undercooked it and made the worst looking pizza i’ve EVER seen dude..
i’m not sure i’ll ever go back to this particular location for pizza and it’s a shame because i LOVE casey’s when it’s good

AVOID THIS PLACE, awaiting a potential refund
Edit: i still go there like once a week, happened again think it’s the last time i deal with this undercooked pizza, please just save your money, i basically have their customer support email on speed dial because this particular store is nothing but problems

Britton is a saving grace for this store. they're always super short staffed, but he can pull the weight of 3 people. I wish caseys put more effort into this store, the workers are always so kind.. but obviously overworked and underappreciated

The manager Britton (sp?) is so nice and friendly - goes out of his way to make sure everything is excellent for every person. The store is always clean and the employees are always super nice. It’s my favorite Casey’s !

Called and complained multiple times about them only having one cashier. Sometimes they have a line of almost 10 people. Why even have the other three registers with only one cashier? The upper management doesn't even help the cashier when there is a line. The employees are very nice, but the managers are pretty stuck up and don't help the customers, when they should.

ordered pizza from 1001 s store and doordash made the report but the cashier wont answer now because he dont want to deal with it and im out my money!!
