Gas station is dirty, gas buddy does not work on their broken pumps. Honestly I'd stay away and choose a different gas station, Casey's has really let itself go recently.

I usually get decent service there but when I went in today 3/23/25 around 4:00 the only lady I saw working had falsely accused a black man of shoplifting. If I see that employee again I will go elsewhere to get what I need

Worst. Casey's. In town.
We've had orders cancelled, delayed by an hour, and orders put together on the wrong day? I don't trust this location for pizza anymore (and would give 0 stars if that was possible).

Kitchen staff think it's okay to yell and swear at customers who are waiting for their orders. Incredibly rude and disrespectful..

The guy that was working at 11 today had the best customer service and was very caring wish I got his name. Very thankful, made my day. Was extremely late to work and didn’t get to thank him properly but definitely recommend this gas station to anyone❤️

We were stopping late for our trip and a breakfast pizza and some of the new sliders sounded great. The pizza turned out great but the sliders were ordered with special requests and it was not fulfilled. The service at the store was not great either. We went to pick up the food and nobody was there to help we had to go to the front to have someone get our food....ughh after driving for 12 hours just ughh

I've never seen a more lazier group of employees in my life was in here at around 1 1 30. Add a come back and get gas. In the evening and the bed bathroom was completely destroyed. Both times and a 6 hour span. Never got touched. The ladies behind the counter are too busy on their phone. To worry about customers, I walked up and they're like yeah, this register's not open. Playing on Her cell phone. They should just close this case. Because they're in and I'm losing more money than they're gonna make.

I love that store the members are so nice and understanding. Today my card wasn't working for some reason this morning and they were kind enough to set my things to the side until I came back in. I went straight to the back and got a pizza for their kindness and the people in the back were so amazing I had to ask them for their names because they were doing an amazing job. The new manager is awesome as well I give this store a 10 out of 10. From the managers to the employees they don't get the recognition they deserve. Keep up the good work you guys

I put in an order for breakfast for my kids , says on app that the order was asap and no wait time and then 40 minutes passes by I go to check the delivery status and now it says I have to wait TWO HOURS !!!!!I call the store not only did one of the workers didn’t really care said sorry nothing we can do your just gonna have to reorder from a different store THE MANAGER SAID THE SAME THING WANTING ME TO PAY ANOTHER 25 dollars !!! Worst customer service
