This is the nicest Casey’s location I’ve ever been to. I like the different variations of coffee they have here. Only wish the French vanilla dispenser was working or if they had little French vanilla cups for you to put in the coffee yourself that would be great :)

I feel like every time I come to this Casey’s I am waiting a substantial amount of time. The service is SLOW. They don’t turn the chicken fryer on until they receive an order which is absolutely insane. Do better. Waited 30 minutes for an order that should’ve been started when they received it.

I had put in a delivery order for some grocery items and when I received my order I was missing one of the items since it was out of stock and not up to date on the website. When I called to work this issue out CJ was much more than helpful. He not only went out of his way to make sure that I got what I ordered but he went out of his way to get the item himself just so I had what I needed. That is absolutely dedication and not only made my time worth it but my money as well. This location always delivers, the staff up here are always wonderful. A big shout out to CJ, thank you for really going above and beyond!

Gave it a try again. Nope! Still nothing ready in the warmers for breakfast. No one eats those nasty burritos, so stop making 30 of them and have some pizza and sandwiches ready.

7:30 am and they don't have any food again. They are always out of something. Gas pumps are usually greasy. Breakfast sandwiches are usually cold.

To the wonderful Wednesday evening staff Andrew and store manager CJ: Thank you so much for your kindness.
For context; DoorDash sucks. Andrew called me to warn me that the DoorDash driver had placed the Pizza's upside down inside their delivery container. Andrew said he tried to let the driver know it was the wrong way, he was ignored. The pizza's were delivered upside down and ruined. I called DoorDash to resolve the issue. DoorDash proceeded to give myself and Casey's staff the run around. CJ came in off the clock, talked to DoorDash over the phone, was verbally assulted and got hung up on. DoorDash then claimed that Casey's "refused" to assist me and that there was nothing DoorDash could do. CJ called me and said he was going to make it right. And he did! Andrew re-made the pizza's and CJ hand delivered, on his day off! CJ had recognized my name from previous orders and came through! These two gentleman DESERVE A RAISE! My faith in humanity has been restored. Thank you so much, I will not forget this level of kindness and dedication. I have contacted Casey's and have given a 10/10 review. I don't have enough words to express my appreciation.

Wasn't much to experience due to large thunderstorm as we went there for fuel. While waiting to prepay and get our fountain pops, electricity went out. That hindered everything but the attendants handled it efficiently the best they could, apologetic which, under the circumstances wasn't necessary and essentially offered all of us with just fountain sodas or pizza & quick foods, free items so we could go ahead and leave or go elsewhere. They were more than gracious with everyone and very professional and polite. Way to go Casey's!! ????

I really wish they invested in the customer wait times. They should do like QuikTrip does, where a single employee will work 2 or three registers, bouncing between customers. It’s so much more efficient, especially when folks use their cards, since the employee shouldn’t need to just wait for you, that’s when they go to the next register and help the next person. Finally, they make their employees do way too many button presses on their POS system to get to the payment. If they miss one button, they might not notice and the customer is sitting there waiting for them to push it. Slowing everyone down. They are only busy because of their locations all over town, but if I had the choice between them and QuikTrip, I would never set foot in a Casey’s again.

Not very satisfied with their pizza and wings...wings tasted like 2 year old grease pizza terrible...stick with Godfather's pizza hut and any other pizza places not Casey's...?
