I try to avoid this location at all costs due to rudeness of employees, had to go there today though and again more rudeness, I had an armful of items and after the clerk rang up my items she walked away, didn't ask if I needed a receipt or a bag just walked away. This is beyond frustrating

There’s either no pizza or it’s gross in the warmers, even if I order a pizza it’s not made right. There’s always long lines and not many employees working it seems.

Ordered delivery online. I specifically wrote on the delivery comment to please double check the order because 3 different times we ordered brownie bites we didn't get them. Count this time #4. We call the store (West A St) and start getting the "Duh" response, then get told "You'll have to call doordash" then "Oh the brownie bites are sitting here on the counter" ? Have you ever tried to contact someone at doordash? Next to impossible. If you do actually get someone they tell you to contact the delivery driver. Fortunately the texts with "your order is approaching" had our delivery guy's name and phone #. I call him and he states the brownies were not on the counter. But he was kind enough to say he'll go back to the store and get them for us. Considering this is the 4TH time this has happened with the same Casey's store but different delivery drivers I'm thinking someone at the store likes brownie bites after they're paid for.
UPDATE: doordash driver never brought the brownies like he said he would. ?

Never has breakfast pizza available. Visited at a variety of times over the past 2 weeks. Each time there was no pizza in the display. 10-20 min waits were reported.

Always out of energy drinks and vape if ya can't keep it in stock. Don't carry it at all. Always being out of stock makes this the most inconvenient convenience stores around. Do better Casey's.

The employee working tonight and who has been working around this time has legitimately been refusing business. He's more interested in listening to his Bluetooth speaker playing terrible rap music than actually doing his job. Do not go to this gas station if you expect any kind of service. It's a complete joke. I might add my friend also had his vehicle attempted stolen at this location. ????

We went here for their chicken wings and it was very wonderful. I'll definitely be going back and if you like pizza you will not be sorry. It is some of the best pizza we have ever

On September 11th 2023 I went to this to get gas and the pump was glitching while I hady card in and the it says see attendant so I didn't think anything of it so I went into the store and try to pay for gas that way so I it declined my card and insufficient funds. So I check my back account to find out the pump charge my card and put a authorization hold on my account and i was very upset so I talk to the manager to there he said they have no record of my transaction and to talk to my bank cause it's on there side a not there's and walked away. I want my money back pleased thank you in advance..

Definitely one of the better Caseys in town, but the Biscuits and Gravy are pretty dry. Need twice the amount of gravy they currently add.

Stop here every week and every week they are out of breakfast burritos or so they say.. Stopped in one time and got to witness a yelling match between staff with customers in the store. I've even asked to have burritos made and I guess they don't do that?5/19/23 4:52am stopped in again this morning no donuts, no pizza, no food asked the guy at counter about pizza and food and he acted like I was a bother, he was short and snippy said not tell 5.. ? I'm over this store I'll go to ustop.
