I slipped and fell on a big puddle of water. I told the lady that I fell and she offered a half hearted apology and went on about her business. It was a couple of days ago and I still a little sore.

My pizza order got sent to this caseys instead of the other one on cornhusker hwy. When I called to confirm that the order was there, they hung up on me as I was asking a question. The second I walked in, the stench of musty BO hit me. When I went to pay for my pizza, the card machine was having some issues and it took the cashier a bit too long to notice, even after I asked for help. Don't go to this caseys, drive a few blocks and go to the other one on cornhusker.

Every light is on at this place but you can't even get gas with a cc because the pumps are turned off. If you aren't going to be open then turn off some lights instead of having a lit up sign seen from the express way

Very easy access off the interstate and highway. Always love Casey's and when it's so convenient to get to, it's even better. The staff here was also friendly and helpful!

The fresh pizza and hot food cabinets were empty. I asked the woman behind the counter in the kitchen if there was any fresh pizza or food being made. She say “No we just received an order that will take two hours.” I would normally except that but there was no pizza in the ovens and no sight of food being prepared which means she was a lazy substandard employee.

I am amazed at the customer service they went above and beyond for my family and I. We ordered a pizza but we have to walk so when I got back and realized I had the wrong pizza I called and the lady that was there made us the right pizza and brought it to us. It may not mean much to others but it meant a lot as my kids and I have been through a lot lately and that just made my day so much better

I have gotten sick from this place twice now, from the same employee. I don't know how he cooks the food, but something is not right. I am not returning to this place to get any food again. The service isn't great and the employees just seem always upset.

Had to wait 10 minutes at the register for the clerk to come out the restroom. When he came out he was rude and unprofessional.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Because of the manager “Sheree” And Sheree alone. Ordered taco pizza, didn’t get chips or beans on it, (ok that’s fine I understand mistakes happen) the manager hung up on us TWICE after WE had to ask multiple times what can be done to fix the situation. What an absolute embarrassment for her and this company.
