This location has really gone down. I work near here, and Ive decided I'd rather go to the location on A street.
Every time I go to this place, the same staff Ive seen every day, they dont seem to know what's going on. They definitely need training on the registers, as they always are yelling to the back kitchen for someone to come help them.
And the other day, I was the only one in line. I was STILL in there for like 5 minutes, because the lady left the cash register, went to the back kitchen, grabbed im guessing a manager to ring up my stuff.
Can't we get these people trained??
And every timeI show up, its gonna be hit or miss on what out of service or what's not made. I went in one day and they had no straws out.
And this is how this location always is! My coworkers also started avoided this place, which is too bad for you, becuase we are the largest business near that Casey's.

I commute every morning from Omaha and I either stop there or at this location. But the last several months have been disappointing.
At 6:30, there have multiple times where they are out of coffee lids, coffee cup, machines broken, etc.
I understand that machines break, but when you overhear the staff telling customers they forget to order more lids, that makes me question how things are ran.
Going along those same lines, today for example, they had a sign over their registers saying that noone could use their points becuase they said it was causing their p.o.s. machines to run slower. Which yea, stinks, but when you again, hear the person at the register, who has been there for months, say they dont know how to work this machine..it just makes me question what's going on.
And ive seen the same people who have been there a long time, always asking the manager or someone else how to ring up something on the register.
Like I said, things break down. Sometimes stuff runs out. But how much of this could be prevented with someone properly managing this place? How is it the cup, lids, whatever did not get ordered if someone in management was keeping an eye on these things? Any why is it consistently like this?
I normally wouldn't say anything, but this has become the norm of this place. Ive stopped going to this location, and started going to the one by the airport, which is a couple.minutes out of my way, but at least im not playing roulette on wether or not im going to be disappointed

Casey's is a gas station found around Lincoln Nebraska and Iowa. Nice little chain of gas stations. They do have pizza and other food inside, order to go. Everyone of them I stopped at is very friendly and clean. Great fuel at reasonable price

Service is terrible. You have 2 people behind the register. One person checking people out. The other stocking something behind the register. 8 people in line. Well if you’re coming to this gas station. Make sure you have at least 10min minimum when you come here

This store has cockroaches crawling all over the make tables in the the kitchen.. they don't FIFO any of their food. And the make table for the pizzas gets left open all the time so the cheese and meat are warm to the touch. They let tweakers roam around the store cleaning up for them when that's not allowed. They let tweakers get free soda and free food that's about to be thrown out. It's just overall a disgusting place to go eat and the employees and management are rude as hell.

Ordered breakfast pizza tonight & had to take it back for them to remake it & they still made it wrong. There’s no egg in it? Like how do you forget that? Both pizzas were poorly made. Only 2 people working there & neither of them had a clue how to make these pizzas. We won’t be going back to this Casey’s.

We went in to get lottery tickets and get coffee gave me the wrong lottery tickets my wife had to go to the restroom they said it was out of order but they were using it very rude left without getting our coffee won't be back

This is a decent store I frequent it often. Also, charge my EV there. Somebody that works there and drives a black truck parks in front of the chademo charger. Several times when somebody was using the next charger, I had to wait. Hoping the person will realize one day hiw inconsiderate this is.

I went into the store this evening today is the. A Saturday 1/20/24 I made a mistake and I said I'm sorry this lady snatched the stuff. Threw it on the counter. Rolled her eyes at me, snatched my money and then threw it at me. This lady has got brown hair and glasses. She needs to lose her job. This customer service person is not very good. She got an attitude with several of the people that come in.
