I’ve been to many Cato’s across the Midwest and this one is average. Typical of Cato, the selection was good with good selection in larger plus sizes. Customer service was good, staff was friendly; however, I had to wait quite a while and finally had to go looking for someone to let me into a dressing room. I did leave with over $100 in clothes.

Stopped in to pick up an “emergency” change of clothes for my daughter and we were short on time. Q helped us and was so friendly, professional and helpful. She had my daughter in a new outfit, on sale, and sent us on our way in five minutes!

The ladies in the store were so nice and professional! They were remarkably busy stocking and straightening the stock, yet they had time to answer my questions and make recommendations to enhance my shopping experience. I love their clothes! They have so many designs in many sizes, and the prices are incredibly competitive. I bought two tops for less than $40.00 and they are amazing! The clothing does not appear to be made cheaply either.

Love going into Cato's. The lady that was working was awesome plus smelt so good. She was very nice I was over heating and she was very nice and got me a bottle of water .

Love Cato it usually has some really cute clothing for plus size ladies for reasonable prices. Unfortunately there's been quite a few times where their designs just aren't very modern and run old lady-ish for the plus sized side vs the normal sizes which is disappointing. I can usually find something cute though in my size. Like this cute shirt I wore for mother's day.
