  Property manager Sharon is amazing and responsive. Maintenance is usually responsive. Very affordable. Only downside is appliances and cupboards are out dated. Overall it has been a wonderful experience here and I recommend it to friends and family who need an affordable place to live.

  Living here would be great if I didn’t have a nightmare neighbor who uses a stair stepper that’s so loud it vibrates the wall. I can’t enjoy a day off from work and I have to plan when I can have people over when she’s not working out.   Enjoyed living two years on cornhusker hwy. Reasonable price, friendly neighbors, and a decent place to live
