“Isaac was incredibly helpful tonight! Walked in after having a printer drum just give up in the middle of printing work reports. He didn’t have the exact match and was trying everything to help me find one locally!! Then offered to ship me one for free in a few days. Until I told him I needed it 2 hours ago lol Finally he figured out that one that was INSTOCK was compatible!! Thank you very much Isaac!! I really appreciate all your efforts this evening, even after he basically lost the sale because it wasn’t in store, he was doing all he could just to take care of the customer!! Thank you Issac!!”

“Nice delivery. Easy to get to and not too far from the US route and big road. Appointment was 9:30am, arrived at 9:15am. Dock workers were on break when I arrived but went to work as soon as they were done. Shipping/receiving is from 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday. Not sure about weekends. Small entry/exit-way. Depending on where you’re coming from you may have to swing wide to get in. Pretty small place so long nose drivers may have a bit of a challenge maneuvering here but it can be done. Once you enter, swing around and back into a parking spot. Check in at the office with the shipping/receiving sign on the door. Go in and hang a right. They will tell you what to do from there. A guy came out to verify seal, broke it and told me what door to back into. Started unloading right away. Spent around 45 minutes to an hour and a half here. No public bathrooms may have to ask to use theirs. No lounge.”
“Why on earth did I not stop in and get a decent printer sooner. Leah has made my life so much easier. I guess I thought a good printer was going to cost too much. I was wrong for less than $450. My headaches are GONE. Easy set up. Ink last a long time. Outstanding customer service. Find other ways to save. You need a dependable printer/scanner.”
