“The Good:
excellent CPU temps after they applied the Thermal Paste around. My laptop Temps are below what they were when i first brought it in. I except my laptop to last a long time with the new paste.

The Meh but doable-

They had to get a New bottom Bracket? well the bottom piece the whole area of the bottom of the laptop needed to be replaced but that didn't fix the Issue Fully but it sure made it much better. They couldn't find a Part for it Which is Understandable due to the current market and economy. I wish they could of fixed it better but I was happy and it was good enough so my ethernet cable wouldn't disconnect from the R-45 jack we decided to let it be.

The Not So good:

they bought a new part for the Laptop that they put in to fix the Connection for the Power adapter is still (in my opinion) loose. i felt it didn't fix the issue. Basically when you plug in the Power cord to the laptop it was loose and could dis-connect easily.

I wasn't Satisfied, but I wasn't Rude, Impolite, Yell or get upset or mad. I was just honest with them about how I felt and they said i didn't have to pay 60$ for the part!. So my grand total was lower than expected.

Ill give them a 5 star for that.”

“I just wanted to take a minute to thank Isaiah in the copy center for his great service today. He was very helpful getting me quality copies and scans of my landscape plans. He did a great job and you need more employees like him!”

“Nice delivery. Easy to get to and not too far from the US route and big road. Appointment was 9:30am, arrived at 9:15am. Dock workers were on break when I arrived but went to work as soon as they were done. Shipping/receiving is from 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday. Not sure about weekends. Small entry/exit-way. Depending on where you’re coming from you may have to swing wide to get in. Pretty small place so long nose drivers may have a bit of a challenge maneuvering here but it can be done. Once you enter, swing around and back into a parking spot. Check in at the office with the shipping/receiving sign on the door. Go in and hang a right. They will tell you what to do from there. A guy came out to verify seal, broke it and told me what door to back into. Started unloading right away. Spent around 45 minutes to an hour and a half here. No public bathrooms may have to ask to use theirs. No lounge.”
