A major highlight is the family-friendly outdoor pool area, featuring a zero-entry section, a gradual slope, a splash pad, a small slide, a water table, and ample seating. The facility provides nice locker rooms and private outdoor bathrooms. Members appreciate the free child watch service. Staff at the front desk and in child watch are consistently described as friendly, supportive, and helpful. Most lifeguards are noted as being observant and nice, though a single negative interaction with a lifeguard was reported regarding rule enforcement. Overall, the YMCA is viewed as a great, safe, and positive environment for families to grow healthy and have fun together.

I've been visiting the Copple YMCA for several years and have never had a bad experience. Their staff are always friendly and supportive. They offer a variety of classes for everyone and offer plenty of time slots to fit your schedule. They also do a great job maintaining the equipment and keeping the facility clean.

The lifeguards are VERY unfriendly, especially the Head of the pool. It upsets me when in summer kids have totally taken over in and out pool. Only 1 hr. for adult swim, is awful. Who is paying for memberships? Adults are!!!!!!!!
