Went to exchange glass protector that has a lifetime warranty. I was told that I didn't need screen protector just go online and order a new. Well I need a photo of broke screen protector I mo longer have. Be careful when trying to replace anything from them.

The lady that helped us was awesome! Will be going to this location for all future transactions with cricket. It's close to my house and she was so friendly and even got us a discount on our monthly bill that I didn't even know of and we qualified for it. Awesome service all around!

Every customer issue was "solved" by calling the customer service line. Wait times were over an hour to get any assistance. We'll continue to pay more than deal with this location

Visited both 27th street sites... The ladies who manage the stores were AMAZING!! They went over and above to help me when I was in a bind. Great service good women. And they show what customer service is all about!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH.. GOOD JOB!!

This place is trash. They are racist.This Karen kicked me out for no reason.I just asked a question and she said get out, I still don’t know why would someone kick you out for just asking a question.They charged me $280 for a refund that I never requested and I never got the refund. I had to pay them $280 extra just to continue the service.Worst costumer service ever and worst service. ??????????

Worst experience took way to long to get a phone then when was told things came with the phone for free only to be charged for them as a bundle how does that make them free free means you don't pay for them at least that what most of the people using the word free means

I've been a Cricket customer for a long time. I found Out about the Affordable Connectivity program, and I wondered If I would Qualify for It. Upon visiting the 19th and O street Cricket store, I found Out how to apply for the assistance request for my cell phone bill. After I applied for the ACP on my cell phone, I went to pay my phone bill on March 17, 2022. I ended Up being in the store for almost 2 hours. But, that's because Victoria and Amy were doing all that they could do, including calling the toll free number to make Sure that I got approved for ACP. Amy went so far as to call her manager, to make Sure that she and Victoria were Absolutely doing everything to Help me. I returned to the 19th and O street Cricket store today, April 4th, and Amy was there. I told Amy that I was coming in to meet with Victoria, because I had received a text message telling me that I had been Approved for ACP. Victoria had promised to Help me like she had before on March 17th. However, Amy is the CSR that I got, because Victoria had to run an errand. Long story short, I was very Pleased with the work of both Amy and Victoria, because I now have ACP on my phone to get the discounted price for my phone bill. Times are Hard everywhere, but It is So Very Nice to get Good Customer Service at Cricket, and Not be treated like Just Another Number. I'm So Glad that Everything worked Out, and I especially Appreciate the Help I got from both Amy and Victoria! Yay Cricket!

Hořrible. Bought new $ 200 phone, and less than week later it wasnt charging so i took it back. Clerk was very rude , and then i asked for a manager so the clerk call her. Manager refused to talk to me, and i was told if i wanted to talk to manager i had to go to her office way out on pine lake. They said it wasnt their problem, that i had to contact the company who made the phone. Horrible, they dont care about there customers, i have be going through cricket for over 18 yrs. If this rating site allowed me to give no stars i would. Cricket doesnt care about people, just money.
