Sales associates always helpful and well informed. Don't care much for additional charge for in store (account) payment which is a good indication to me that there's a transaction "fee" for automatic withdrawal (payment) as well. Businesses get us coming and going no matter what. That's why I've given Cricket a 4 ⭐ rating instead of 5 ⭐'s.

Yadira is super nice, she is always willing to help. She has a great attitude. My brother and I came in there and she got waiting on a customer and waited on us at the same time. She is the BEST!!!!!

Yadira was wonderful. She was helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all of my needs. Gabby was also very cheerful and a pleasure to work with. I also had questions about another device and they were more than willing to help. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
