Daily workout consist of a warm up and the WOD (workout of the day). The WOD is varied day to day. It will focus on different combinations of all aspects of fitness. (Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy, Durability, and Mental Fortitude). All WODs can be scaled to meet all individual fitness levels.
