The staff at CVS at the south 40th Target in Lincoln is fantastic! The pharmacists and med techs are super nice and informative and have never gotten hateful with me unlike the staff at several Walgreens in Lincoln. I am so pleased that I chose this CVS pharmacy! Best people ever and #1 customer service!

One pharmacist on hand, hard to get scripts filled when you need them without a wait. Sometimes drugs are not even on hand and have to be ordered, delaying treatment further.

The location I go to has fantastic staff. I've never had any problems picking up prescriptions and with how often I come in, I've gotten to know them a little. So there's usually a nice conversation while the transaction is taking place.

Have had to use other pharmacies in the past due to insurance or location. Have been using CVS inside Target on S. 40th St. for over 2 years. Our family loves CVS and the people who work there. Very personable and professional. They acknowledge you by your name which when you think of the number of people they serve every day, the number of phone calls and the number of prescriptions they fill is very impressive in and of itself. They are extremely knowledgeable about the medications, vaccines and over the counter medications to answer all your questions. We trust the ladies at this CVS pharmacy and would not go anywhere else. So thankful for the great guest services they provide. Thank you ladies!

Was given wrong size needles. Called and informed I would be returning in 15 to 30 minutes to fix the issue. When I got there I was the only person. Jodi, the pharmacist, told me it would be a little bit. 1 hour later I finally had the correct size. This is after 20 or so customers were helped. I was really put off when other people asked if I was in line and Jodi took the liberty of answering for me by saying, "He's already been helped"....in a very condescending tone. Called corporate, pharmacists response, there were other people in line before me. Again, noone was there and there was nothing to fill. 1 hour wait for 6 needles?
