I was overwhelmed by the caring and devoted pharmacy staff at CVS on Superior St in Lincoln, Nebraska! I had run out of one of my prescription medications when driving across country with my disabled son. They were able to coordinate with my home state pharmacy to be able to give me enough medicine to complete my trip. Thank You for all of your help!

Hard to tell if there were any employees at the front check out. Only person standing up there was fixed on their phone screen and didn't acknowledge when I said hello. First and only time I will shop here.

I am always able to get in and out quickly. I find items are easy to locate, a team member is always close at hand to assist with self-checkout if needed. I have had a couple of issues with the shelf price not being updated to the actual register price, however, the cashier has always made it right, as in, giving me the item for the shelf (lower) price. In addition, this store allows all the school kids to come into the store after school. The kids know to drop their backpacks at the door and they go get their snacks without running wild or messing around. I think this is GREAT! Give kids the respect and they can be great customers!

I wouldn't recommend delivery if you're expecting to receive your prescriptions on time. Mine were supposed to be here yesterday and they haven't been delivered yet.

Tired of clerks acting annoyed, redirecting me, attempting to grab my items and"help" me use self check out, like I'm incapable. If I'm in front of the register, come wait in me. Those self check outs are not secure, and if you've been a victim of identity theft using one, you would understand.

Clean quick service in and out employees very helpful and quick to stop what doing and jump over to help pleasurable shopping no too busy and oh my goodness the coupons to get you to come back

I had a general question about gift card purchases. And because I didn't word it correctly, She denied me the purchase of a gift card, she said I didn't sound comfortable talking about it. It wasn't that I didn't feel comfortable talking about it, it was the fact that I didn't really know how to word it "correctly I guess." A day or so ago, I went in to purchase one via credit card, and the kid that was a the counter said it was supposed to only be a "cash sale" but when I talked to the lady this afternoon, she said they do take card purchases for gift cards, but she wouldn't sell me one do to me not sounding comfortable, or know the right words to say! Smdh I've never had an issue like this before. I get gift cards there all the time, and have always number one used a card to purchase, them also never was lied to about them supposedly being cash purchases all of a sudden. Also the kid had said he was a manager when he clear was not and stated" that there was a card limit to purchase, with a debit or credit card," but the lady was confident this afternoon when I asked if it was just cash. Hmmm sounds fishy to me! And this is the store that has little kids always stocking the front entrance, and they are soooo naughty and very disrespectful! Need the ceo or the head gm handing that issue! I will be from now on taking my business elsewhere because I am highly upset over this!

I went asking to exchange my testosterone vial since it had plastic inside of it from puncture, my doctor has cleared me to reuse it even if its a single use, she's shown me to disinfect it and in the past my weekly doses have been put into 10 ml vials. The nurse I first talked to was nice, but the doctor behind the counter just kept loudly exclaiming I needed to throw it away because "there was fungus" and kept calling me "she". In what universe do i even remotely look close to a girl? I know I'm short and have extra chest fluff, but that was very unprofessional and very pissed me off.

I love the pharmacy staff here but CVS let's students from Goodrich Middle School take over their store after school gets out and that's unacceptable. Those kids are rude, obnoxious and several of them smell like they just smoked weed. They act like the CVS is their playground. I will most likely take my business elsewhere if they continue to allow this behavior.

The pharmacy clearly needs help, holding for 30 minutes when you call, waiting in line for 30+ minutes when you go to pick up a script is crazy. I’m pretty sure they are short like the rest of the world but for a company as big as CVS I’m sure they can send help.

When to CVS on 14th & Superior @ 3:3AM. It's supposed to be 24 hours. Lights all on and large sign in window say Open 24 Hours, but there was a note on the door saying will reopen @ 7AM. HOW ARE YOU 24 HOURS? I expect some sort of compensation for my time & gas.

Been on hold for more than 10 minutes each time and someone in the pharmacy keeps hanging up on me. I get that ur busy so don't answer until ur ready. But don't make us wait forever on hold then hang up. That's really unprofessional. No wonder this place has so many bad reviews.
