Picked up a one month supply of my medicine Aug 31. They billed my insurance for 3 month supply because they put 90 days instead of 30. They want to blame the doctor for that error. The lady pharmacist changed the 90 to 30 expecting insurance to see that. They are telling me Medicare will not override for me to get my medicine until they know they are getting reimbursed. He did not like the fact I told him the lady pharmacist did not know shit about billing. He tells me I did not abuse my medicine so he could try and get me some til insurance has this resolved. It takes a corrected claim and a refund on the claim paid 45 to 60 days.
This is the second time they have done this with this medicine. First guy had it resolved in 3 hours.
I talked to the number on my card for cvs and requested a call from billing and someone above the pharmacist nothing.
If they are not reviewing how a medicine is prescribed that is scary. But then it only effects the patient/ customer.

No public restrooms, you have elderly people who shop there, you are not going to offer a public restroom, shameful CVS, the Walgreens across the street has a public restroom! Zero stars!

Employee are rude and follow you around like you are still thinking, then when I asked the for what I was looking for would not tell me but keep following me as I look down ever aile till I found it my self.

Terrible service the managers and pharmacists here have major attitude problems being quick to anger and when looking for help you usually have to hunt down an employee.

The lady pharmacist always got a stank attitude. Had my hand out to take the receipt, she just tosses it on the prescription bag and walks off. If only saying “have a good day” absolved her of any lack of civility.
