store was clean, organized, calm & quiet, staff helpful, will be back to this CVS as I have had horrible issues at the one on north Superior, where staff memebers congregate at the checkout and offer no help while they all chit chat behind the counter, I wanted to look at perfume and stood there while they looked at me and then continued to talk...so I walked out. This CVS on south 48th total opposite, ready to help, & friendly.

Used this pharmacy since opening, up until last yr or so has declined in customer service at pharmacy. Lots of turnovers lack of care for there customers & there RX and keeping there meds stocked? Lots of not enough-don't-have- wait for days to restock or ask to go to other CVS.
Some pharmacist play Dr.& want to delicate there thoughts on how u should or need to take meds. Not going by how RX IS WRITTEN? I could go on but all I can say is yes I could go to another, but WHY SHOULD I? Additudes are pretty high there, cause customers to have an Additude! Plz go bk to the Polite caring employee's that use to wk there. Not all are unruly, but most are. Remember ur no GOD, there's no DR. Or MD
behind ur name!
Sorry not sorry! It's become a not so customer friendly place to go to. ???

Get an email my photos are done, and they haven’t even been started. I don’t care about waiting longer, but don’t send me an email and make me drive out of my way. Rudest employees I have ever encountered, from the front counter staff to the supervisor.

Theoretically this CVS has a functioning pharmacy...I have yet to see it open and operating but maybe that's due to its minimalist hours...? Unsure what the point of having it is, maybe the aesthetic?

My Rx was put into their system as tablets they filled it with capsules so Medication Error on their part. I went to get it this month and I was told I cant because of their medication error. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was told my Pharmacy meds weren't available at 5:00 an hour after my doctor supposedly called them in then I get back right at 8:00 and they shut the gate right on me when I walked in. Looks like I have to spend the night in pain because someone didn't want to work an extra minute. 😞

On the phone for a half an hour waiting to talk to a pharmacy person then find out that my prescription can’t be filled because they didn’t get any in their order that came in so they don’t get an order over the weekend and I don’t know if they’ll get it for sure on Monday which won’t do me any good anyway because I’ll be out of them. Don’t you think that someone would think to call you and tell you that if you need them before that you’ll have to have the doctor call it into a different pharmacy. It’s a 30 day prescription that has to be approved and they didn’t think to call and tell me that they didn’t receive it. Some pharmacy!!please be aware for your own safety

This is the eighth day of September 2022. Today I spoke with Carissa in the pharmacy. I’ve had a lot of trouble getting one prescription filled anywhere in town due to my health insurance not accepting the way my physician has written the script. Not only did Carissa take the time to locate me in her system, (because I thought I was not a CVS pharmacy customer in recent years), but she was so thoughtful and caring. She went the extra step to add my current insurance information into their system. When she learned that my particular prescription would cost quite a bit of money without using my health insurance plan, Carissa searched for ways to bring the cost down for me. She was patient, kind, focused, conscientious of my needs as a potential patient/customer.

Pharmacy use to be fantastic. My most recent call in to the pharmacy had the pharmacist laughing at me for doing what my Dr asked me to do. Then laughed at me for their system not having my Dr fax # on file and said there's no way to interact with my Dr. And wouldn't accept the correct fax number because they didn't want my info to go to a random number. So basically this pharmacy doesn't want to help customers anymore. No helpful advice and pharmacist that laughs at patients on the phone.

Located on 48th St and Van Dorn. I prefer this pharmacy because it is halfway between Union College and Bryan Health Center East Campus. It offers walk-in and pharmacy drive through service. Although I generally use the drive through to pickup my prescriptions. There is plenty of parking since it does not share there space and hardly any wait when I go through the drive through. Inside the well kept and clean store, the aisles are neatly arranged and identified. I was welcomed by the cashier at the door and by another employee stacking shelves as I walked though. The employees who work at the pharmacy section are always friendly and helpful. If you plan to shop at CVS stores, consider signing up for their CVS rewards cards to earn extra savings. I am a member and you can apply your card by giving your phone number at the cashier.

Pathetic customer service. Each time I’ve been here I’ve been disappointed, so next time I’ll just pull into the parking plaza across the street and go to Walgreens because the employees are unhelpful and rude. I had two items, walked up to where the cashier was, another employee was standing on the customer side talking to the cashier and all they said after a moment was “there’s a self checkout down there. Uh if you don’t wanna wait”. I said I didn’t know the self checkout was there, I just saw the cashier and figured that’s what she was doing, and then proceeded to serve myself after the other employee made it clear their business was more important than mine. On top of that, they didn’t greet me, didn’t say goodbye. Very poor quality service.
