What an awful pharmacy, lady at the counter looked like an empty husk staring out into the abyss, told me “the register is over there” while another person had to help me get prescriptions

Awful pharmacy. To anyone trying to get ahold of an actual person, dial the doctors number 1 when you call cvs pharmacy, that will get you an actual person. Tell them you can’t figure anything out with the robot. If they transfer you to the robot, just keep calling through the doctors route

I have spent a collective of four hours trying to get a single prescription and have been sitting in the drive-through line now for over 45 minutes and not a single car has moved forward. How is this company still in business?

I appreciate the CVS teamwork and support regarding my vaccination; it was very professional, quick, and accurate. I recommend it to everyone and understand their behavior and efforts. I took three vaccines at a time; these never sorrowed me. Thanks

I would use this CVS all the time. Not anymore. The staff working on the floor this morning was very rude. Acted like she absolutely hated her job there. Like I was causing her an inconvenience by being there.

Terrible place! Drove my friend down there arounf 1am who is a type 1 diabetic. She had run out of syringes. The pharmacy tech was argumentive and refused to sell us any. So we went back home, and she grabbed her current insulin vials plus some empty ones and her ID. Went back down there and showed the lady who said 'i dont believe you' even when shown her vials that had HER NAME on the vials along with her ID!!! Finally, after 20 minutes of arguing, she sold us 1 syringe! NEVER GO HERE!

This CVS is one of several in Lincoln that is 24 Hours. I usually stop after work to pick up my medication. I occasionally stop inside when I have time or when I need other items that I cannot get through the drive thru.
The staff at this CVS is is phenomenal, but there is one female Pharmacist who is not very helpful. If I see that she is working I will wait and go through at another time. She is there only on the overnights. Brian the other overnight pharmacist is wonderful and goes out of his way to always help me. The female Pharmacist told me one night as I asked for questions in regards to a new medication that was recently prescribed for me, her response to me was "You seem like an intelligent person go home and read the pamphlet yourself"!! I'm an intelligent man, but no one should ever speak to any customer like that. I've been working in the customer service industry for years and sometimes I can be a little gruff and grumpy. But I'm always available to answer questions and be of help no matter how busy I am. This female Pharmacist is not helpful and is always rude to me.
I'm hoping that someone from CVS's store and corporate office reads this.
I still give the store a five star rating!! The others who work there are always very helpful and I enjoy my visits when I stop by on my way home from work. Please keep up the great work. I apologize for voicing my feelings about the female Pharmacist who isn't as nice. But in other places where I've been asked questions in regards to my visits, I haven't said much.

Worst place ever. Super slow and rude in times of emergency. Very unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Terrible phone call options. Absolutely impossible to reach a person for timely service and the automated system is nearly useless. Incredibly frustrating.

CVS Pharmacy on 70th and oh has terrible terrible customer service when you’re calling in about very sensitive medication. You literally go into a voicemail conundrum and aren’t able to get a live rep on the line CVS you need to do better especially by your senior citizens.

Gets busy in the pharmacy at certain times of the day, but the staff handles the crowd swiftly. The front store team members go the extra-mile to help and they're open 24 hours!
