You'd think a place being open as long as Dean's, with their reputation earned over all these years, would have a little bit of phone courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a disappointment. Whoever I spoke to was beyond rude. I'll be happily going elsewhere.

I called in need of advice on the side of the road 6 degrees! He answered and talked me through the problem even though he isn’t open today! I made it home and followed his advice. Couldn’t be more appreciative.This is how u run a business. Thanks again!!!
