I had a friend come in and try on some dresses. She found one she loved but it wouldn't zip up and the sales associate told her that maybe if she lost weight it would fit! HORRIBLE SERVICE! My friend left in tears. THATS UNCALLED FOR!

Erin in lingerie was AMAZING!! She made my daughter feel comfortable and kept searching until we found some that fit my daughter! She was so kind to my special needs granddaughter! Erin is truly one of a kind! Thank you Erin you made my daughter and granddaughter have a good experience!

Its a maze in here but most mall stores are, just to get your eyes on more stuff.
The employees are friendly though, and helpful if you can find one

Went to Dillard's last week since my boyfriend was wanting a new cologne. We had the luck to have Lori as our sales associate. She was SO AMAZING!!! Super sweet, asked us questions, and had a great personal touch. She offered us items we inqured about but also some that we hadn't thought of. It really helped him with being comfortable with the high dollar amount we spent, well worth every penny. I'm looking forward to going back :) amazing service!!!

I was help fixing a mannequin dress like a good civilian and a worker said in a rude tone to not touch it .i was very upset as she was assuming that I would break it but I was only trying to help .

Lots of variety of women’s clothing styles. We went on Black Friday so there was a lot of assistance. Promptly escorted to a fitting room but unfortunately I was pressured to leave my things with a somewhat pushy sales woman (Bushra?) who insisted I check out with her even though I wanted to check out all together with my shopping partner, who has a favorite Dillards style associate at this location. Otherwise this was a lovely shopping experience!

Philip Vicente was a huge help when searching for dress shoes for my upcoming trip. It was close to closing time but he didn't make me feel rushed and made sure I was happy with my decision. He is quite knowledgeable and very personable.

I have to give a positive review to Jamal in the men's department. I shop the men's department at Dillard's when my kids have formal events. The last three times I have shopped, Jamal has helped us. What a wonderful man. I don't see service like this anymore. He helped my son put together an outfit for homecoming that we all were happy with. Such a good and kind man who obviously is very good at his job. An absolute gem.
