its functional as a discount store don't get me wrong, but the sheer percentage of their stock that isnt even close to a dollar is borderline false advertising

Let me start by saying, I shop at this store all the time, but after today, I am rethinking that choice. There were at least 30 tornadoes in this area today and several were on the ground. We live in an older mobile home and anybody that knows anything about tornadoes and mobile homes, knows that is definitely not safe. So my husband, my dog (who has ALWAYS been welcome in the store, and even given treats) and myself decided we would to go to Dollar General, where we would be safer. A lady that was walking in the area at the time, went to open the door to escape the elements and IT. WAS. LOCKED! Why? Why in the world would it be locked? What would it have hurt to allow a few people in the store so that they might be safe? Absolutely nothing. It’s not like there wasn’t enough space for others to go inside and hunker down. This situation really left a bad taste in my mouth about this store. I am definitely going to rethink my frequent shopping trips to this Dollar General. I just don’t feel that was right at all.

Absolute worst location. Sunday December 10,2023. Customer service person totally ignored me when I tried talking to her about a current ad (those there are expired) and a digital coupon not found.

Don't go to this store the cashiers are rude, can not call the phone is always busy, I have been trying to call for the last two days and it has been busy. The store in general is dirty and most of the products are either not in the correct spot or they don't have it. I do not normally make complaints public but when u can't call and being rude back will get u into trouble the best option is to let people know how bad a store is.

I have never ever been inn a crappier Dollar General. The shelves were quite literally 85% empty. And what merchandise was left was basically nothing. I thought a Black Lives Matter protest happened in the vicinity.The only reason for the second star in my review was due the staff I dealt with. Overworked. Half-beaten down. Yet still very polite. A treasure of an employee. I wish I got her name to commend her.But I'd never venture back. Oh No.

I hated this place one of the workers was just on her phone and wasn't helping the customers this was not ok we also asked an employee if they had soda but they refused to tell is so we left and got soda at walmart luckily walmart employees actually do their work instead of being on their phones

Staff is very nice! I went in one day looking for something they didn't have, and they talked with their coworkers and gave me a list of other places to try.Max is an amazing, kind worker! (I believe that's her name).

Employees were friendly and helpful. Wasn't crowded even though the isles seemed a little narrow. Sometimes you work with what you have. Enjoyable experience, seemed to have a little bit of everything.

Always friendly people that work there, sometimes, especially when they get a truck, crowded isles, but kept cleaner then a lot of the other Dollar Generals.
