DuTeau always does a great job. Stopped for an unscheduled oil change, tire fix and tire rotation and they did not blink. They completed the tasks in under the estimated time and at the exact price I was quoted.

We traded our 2022 ascent we bought from duteau for a 2026 ascent. Still super professional, kind and not pushy. Keara was friendly and knowledgeable on the features of the suv. We were in and out in just over 2 hours. Keara even helped us move our things from the old car to the new. Great place and I WILL recommend to others.

I was moving from Washington State driving to Kentucky, unluckily for me my car blew a hole in the radiator. Duteau Subaru was able to fix my problem. It took a few days and they accommodated me by storing my trailer I was towing while the car was down. I appreciate all that they did for me while I awaited my repairs!

If you are looking for a Subaru, and why would you not want a great, safe reliable car that drives nice, is reasonably priced and is safe. Then go in and find Mitch, he will listen to what you want in a Subaru and find in on the lot or get it on the lot in short order. I told him what I wanted, what I did not want and what I could not live without and he found it on the lot for 2 grand under the budget I had set. Super nice person, super nice dealership, no high pressure. I've had good dealings when buying autos, I have had bad dealings when buying autos. To be honest, this is the first new (13 miles) auto that I have ever bought in my 65 years, but it is also the best auto buying experience ever! Thank you Mitch and DuTeau Subaru BRAVO

Looked online to see what was available, in the way of Crosstrek, and within minutes, had a phone call from Mitchell. We couldn't answer right away, and decided to go to the dealership.
Mitchell was in the lot, and found us what we were looking.

I was purchasing a used Subaru in Lincoln and had heard good things about DuTeau Subaru, so I scheduled an appointment to have it fully inspected. Not only did they get me in on short notice, they went above and beyond with checking everything and answering all my questions. The team at Duteau Subaru service is one of the most professional I’ve found. They were polite considerate timely and they looked out for my car and my wallet. I can’t say enough about Katie at the service advisor counter and Michael my technician. They took a pretty big fix and made it manageable for me. They also listened to me as my car situation was stressed the week I brought it in. Overall they took great care of me and my family. Over and above. Their care has made me a Duteau customer when it comes time to replace or service any of my vehicles. Thank you!

I am from out of town, They got me in right away, told me approx when my car might be done (unless they had to order parts) They had it finished when they said it would be. Also gave me a loaner to drive. Couldn't of asked for better service. Everyone was extremely nice. Not to brag on just the service, this is my 6th Subaru Forester. I have driven 4 of them to over 200 thousand miles. Thanks Subaru!

We are visiting from out of town and experienced an issue in which we brought in our Forester to get diagnosed. Katy V. at DuTeau Subaru expeditiously diagnosed the issue, brought around a loaner, and assured us they would fix our vehicle.
We received better, more expedient treatment than most times at our home dealership. We're greatful for Katy's service and care.
