“My phone’s battery started to die quickly the last couple days. I work on my phone and so it’s a must for it to be working well. I went to a competitor’s shop who quoted me $380 to replace the battery and clean out the charging port and I would have to leave my phone there overnight. Instead, when I called Batteries Plus and spoke with Adam I was told he could fix it for about $80 + tax and it would take him an hour. I drove over immediately. Adam was friendly and to the point. I dropped off my phone and an hour later I came back to a phone with a battery that works and paid $85. I am definitely a happy, satisfied customer.
