“The issue was the back side of the phone (the shell) is cracked in several places. Asurion does not repair cracked phone cases just the screen itself. He explained to me three options with details. We opted to get a cover and hide the cracks for aesthetic purposes.”

“Customer service at this location is excellent. I was happy that they had an OEM replacement battery for my iRobot. The website explicitly says "top of the line OEM" but it is NOT OEM. The manager at the store told me that they don't have any OEM for iRobot and suggested that I contact the corporate office about the incorrect info on the website. I will most definitely do so. I could have purchased directly from iRobot for the same cost but since this store showed that they had OEM in stock, I went with the quickest option. The battery works, but I've heard stories about how they don't last unless they're OEM. I'll wait and see.”
