Rented a car for a family roadtrip, and this Enterprise location made the process so easy. Pickup took less than 15 minute, and I was able to do an after-hours drop off by depositing the key in the designated spot outside. The staff was personable, helpful, and the whole process was quick and easy. We will likely use this location for car rentals in the future!

Enterprise on O St is easily the most unprofessional business I have ever ‘attempted’ to do business with.
I had a reservation for a SUV for over 2 weeks & when they called to confirm they advised either a credit or debit card could be used. Today I show up for my reservation to be told I in fact could not use my debit card like originally planned with them and could not get the SUV. They did recommend a minivan however, the entire reason we are renting a vehicle is to not travel in our minivan. After attempting to figure out another way to get this SUV we ultimately just said screw it and requested the minivan the advised they had. JUST TO BE TOLD “we closed 23 minutes ago and I have plans.” I advised we absolutely needed a vehicle and that is why we did a reservation at the time we did. After that it was to my knowledge the van was being prepared for us. I waited in the lobby for an additional 10 minutes & eventually the woman I was working with shut the lights off and says “it’s time to go, we’re leaving” without helping get me in a rental.
I understanding how this could be an inconvenience but at the end of the day I was communicated with incorrectly & without a rental at my designated time. A very disappointing experience!

Given a vehicle straight out of the wash that wasn’t even dried off. Only had a half a tank of gas. No credit given when returned with almost full tank.

My vehicle needed to go in to be locked at, had an appointment for that wednesday, but had to quit driving it Monday cause it was getting worse and this was around 5pm. Called and was able to get a rental last minute! Then find out more was wrong with my vehicle then we expected and will cost more. So I went and extended by 2 more days to get us through the week while we figured out what to do. The staff were very helpful and easy to work with! Will definitely rent from them again in the future!
I really loved the suburban, really nice and fun to drive

The team at this location works really hard to get you the vehicle you request and get you on your way quickly, both when you pick up the vehicle and when you return it. Aaron the manager and his team are outstanding!

The staff are always extremely nice and thorough. I travel A LOT for work, and they consistently do their very best to accommodate my schedule and last minute changes. I highly recommend this location!

I got over charged for my rental. Not a good policy I filled the car before I returned it but I notice an extra charge
for 15.00 +. I want a refund ASAP

If i could give 0 stars i would. Didn’t have the vehicle I reserved, didn’t have anything ready at the time I reserved and I got a 5 minute long speech from the “manager” that he works 80 hours a week to make sure everyone is taken care of. Yet here i am, NOT taken care of. This place is a joke. Much like all the other reviews state.
